Yes it is an estimate but you would think that would be at least with in 500.00. The estimate was provided without looking at the whole house. We told her there was more but she declined to look. Her team was great but they can only do what they are allowed. Midway through they informed us what the cost was. When we questioned her on this compared to the estimate this is when she became passive aggressive and would really only speak with us through her staff.
