There is no pro rating in terms of how many days of a particular month you occupy the unit. No consideration, no class! They threaten to auction your things and site these made up "laws" they claim they are forced to abide by. Owner also told me if I didn't like it, I should call state representative. Will not take partial payments! Refused my payments!
