They said they would get back to me when it was closer to time for the move. They didn't get back to me. Six days before the move I call and they saaid they will email a contract and as soon as I fill it out, they will send me an access code and a site map of my spot. Here it is the day before I must remove the boat from the lake and they have charged my card and still not sent the information. I had to impose on a friend, so I have a place to keep the boat in case these people don't come through. I will never do business with these people again after this season

He has excellent people skills, and he has found me additional storage for me close to my original units, when I needed the space in extremely short notice.
