I attempted to complete online rental..to no avail. First…read more call was to Harrisburg, PA location..lady couldn't complete so she referred me to Carlisle, PA where she told me they would complete rental. 2nd call the female was CLUELESS & RUDE from the beginning.. She informs me there was not a reservation for me & there were none at Carlisle location. Finally, book the closest rental in York, PA..45 minutes away. Immediately leave, make 45 min drive, wait in line for 20 minutes to be told..WE DON'T HAVE A CAR TRAILER!!! U -Haul needs to compensate me for 2hrs of wasted time & fuel considering their incompetence!!

In comparison to the other facilities that I have dealt with in the area, Robert Ganoe is the nicest manager I have interacted with. He has excellent people skills, and he has found me additional storage for me close to my original units, when I needed the space in extremely short notice.
