Nothing but a greedy, unpleasant, rotten experience. There is no organization to any of these sales; people just push, shove, rush forward, and are no different than a stampede of animals. This is so bad that my mother, someone who used to go to these sales on an almost-weekly basis, got shoved to the ground and badly injured her knee. This resulted in two tears in her left knee, and she is in pain daily from this. This immediately just shows there is no care about how these sales are put together; just make as much money as possible by getting as many bodies into the sale as you can. The man in charge, Mike, is a paranoid, egotistical, rude, greedy creep. He talks like he's a god of estate sales, and anything he does is the absolute best, putting down any other competitors in the process. He has no problem threatening people who DARE to leave a bad review that they will be banned, and his wife backs up his nastiness and has no problem attacking and accosting people who don't worship them as 'the best estate sale business ever'. Mike falsely calls people thieves, like my mother and her group of lady friends, and bans them from his 'precious' sales because he thinks he and whatever group of liars he associates with are in the right. Prices are also outrageous. The whole point of an estate sale is to let go of one family's treasures and pass them along to another, at a reasonable price, so that everyone can ultimately be happy. Again, Mike only cares about profits to line his pockets, not about the actual customers who help keep his little company in business in the first place. These are not 'estate sales'. They're a cult; either you worship the people who put them together and pay whatever prices they set and say nothing but glowing things about them, or else they banish you and do nothing but bash you behind your back and spread nasty, false rumors about you. New to town so thought we would see what this estate was all about. Will NEVER go back again. There was no organization for what was or wasn't for sale. It was each man for them selves. The man in charged had stated to "make a pile of your stuff and then when finished, will make a deal", that was exactly what I did. I had found items I was interested in and then went to see what else was available. I started back to the pile I had made and there goes the items I had placed in a pile. All this was done after speaking to one of the FEW organizer's that was there. As I walked over seeing my items walk away, the owners wife stated " Go chase after him and tell him that is yours". At that time I decided to walk away, empty handed and angry. I will NEVER return and will spread the disappointment with anyone that will listen. VERY DISAPPOINTED !!!!! read more

Super clean and efficient operation. We interviewed them all and these are the only estate salers in the Bitterroot who run such a well-oiled machine. Their entire team wears uniforms and has walkie talkies and they sold EVERYTHING in a weekend. They prepped a sale that would have taken anyone else several weeks and they did it in just one week. They ran advertisements on the radio and they personally went to business who they knew would be interested in our belongings. I could not recommend Mike & Liz and Moovin' On more. They provide phone numbers for references and I am happy to be a positive one for them to grow their business - they deserve it!!! read more

I have been to two Moovin On Estate Sale and purchased items. If you go to a Moovin On Estate Sale you may get a real fair price on items and may be treated well by Mike the owner. BUT, Moovin On Mike and Liz get very upset and triggered if the CLIENT inquires as to a sale price and request invoices to show how much items sold for. They get especially upset if you ask any customer how much they paid for an item. Moovin On may not be honest in all circumstances. I do not trust these people. I would never hire this company to conduct a sale. Other Estate Sales Companies use bar codes and invoices to document sales legally. Moovin on does not! read more

These are the best estate sales in Montana. I've been going to estate sales consistently for 10 years. Mike, Liz, and crew run it the way an estate sale should be ran. They try and be fair to everyone. As long as your a respectful/reasonable person you'll have no problems. You'll find great stuff at fair prices. The only estate sale company that doesn't sell stuff to dealers beforehand or take some "cream" off the top beforehand.
