Dr Moradis office was always professional and classy in my opinion. I have been a loyal customer of theirs for 4 years now and have spent more than $11,000 at their office in services. I have been a loyal customer for honestly services that i feel should have been quoted cheaper and more affordable but I decided to continue to give them business anyway as i know the girls make commissions. Although katie always gave higher price quotes than the other girls that helped me and she did not seem honest in her quotes whatsoever and had no positive bedside manner in any way. She made me question giving them my services in the future as i did not feel comfortable when i was going above and beyond to be kind to her and im the patient not the doctor that should be making me feel comfortable in their own office. Until i got a nasty phone call and letter that they wouldnt be servicing me anymore for absolutely no valid reason. I thought that was very odd that maybe there was some unprofessional gossiping going on about me that was unprofessional and discriminatory. They could get in major legal trouble if i decided to pursue it. Until last week i get a phone call that they are stopping services for me and that i have to go elsewhere for no reason at all. When i asked them why they said they were sending a letter in the mail and would not tell me why. I have always paid them my dues and the letter gave no reasoning whatsoever. I felt greatly discriminated against for no vaild reason and it was very offensive to me. I have found another doctor that will appreciate my loyalty ans treat me with the compassionate care that i deserve. I am still left with no reasoning at all as to why they refuse to service me when all along i was a loyal customer. I found a few of the women there especially Katie to be very rude and abrupt wanted me in and out of the office quickly and could tell she just worked there to get paid and that was all she cared about. Whenever i asked questions which i feel i am entitled to as a concerned patient she got annoyed and said i cant answer that question. Was very disheartening to know i was spending thousands of dollars there, always paid my bills, and was not treated with respect and compassion and then refused services to me. Compassion should be the first rule of thumb for a successful business. I have never heard of a business that refuses services unless the patient has payment issues or is harassing someone/safety issue. They made me feel like I was less than for no appropriate reason and I am greatly bothered by this. I have morals you are to never treat a patient this way and atleast call them and give them the honest reason why. They never did because in my opinion it was discriminatory. I had been a loyal patient of Sheila for 4 years and never had any issues with her. She was always very kind to me and unfortunately does not work there anymore, to my great disadvantage got into the very wrong hands of the other workers there that discriminated against me for no valid reason. First of all,I'd like to say, I have been comming to Face Beautiful and Dr. Moradi since my early 40's. I had severe sun damage with brown patches on my face, neck and chest. I began treating that with the lazers and also started botox for the wrinkles that were beginning to form. I have continued to go there over the years despite countless discount offers I received in the mail from other places because I trust Dr. Moradi . For one, he is double board Certified in Facial Plastic Surgery and Otolaryngology (head and neck) and not just a gynocologist that took a siminar. He also has a gift for knowing exactly what will look natural and what will work will work best for me, even to the point of telling me when to stop because sometimes more is not better. Face Beautiful also runs great specials all year that really help with the cost as well as easy pay plans with no interest, this has really helped me. I trust that the products they use are top grade quality products that are safe and FDA approved, not something purchased off the internet at discount prices. As for the office personal and nurses, you couldn't find a nicer group of people that genuinely care about you as a person which is so rare these days. Dr. Moradi is the nicest, kindest Doctor you will ever meet and it's been a pleasure knowing him. I have tried many of the lazer treatments with Sheila who is a super nice person and extremly knowledgeable. One of my favorites is the skin tyte, not only do you see a difference right away but it continues to get even better. I can't wait to try the new fat disolving lazer on this "back fat" that seemd to come out of nowhere recently. I have also tried the face peels and facials with Magda, who is not only an expert Aesthetician but a very nice person as well. They run specials on these treatments throughout the year as well. I have even bought them for my son and his girlfriend, they make a great gift. I have also done the fillers over the years for those puppet lines around the mouth and let me share this with you. I am now 58 years old and I recently connected with an old girlfriend from High school on Face Book. She wanted a picture of me which I didn't have so I held the camera out at arms length (way too close) but I sent it anyway. She emailed me back saying"You must have had a facelift, right?, you have no wrinkles", I still don't think she believes me but I really do owe it all to Dr. Moradi and the staff at Face Beautiful. I have been going to Dr. Moradi since his first day at the office many, many years ago. I must say that my fountain of youth comes from Dr. Moradi and his staff. While waiting to be called for my Botox yesterday, I had the opportunity to quietly reflect about my foray into the world of beauty. As a fairly long-term patient (5+ years) of Dr. Moradi, I can honestly say that he's a doctor I actually look forwarding to seeing! He's absolutely wonderful in every regard from his gentle and caring bedside manner to his professionalism and expertise. He thoroughly listens to your wishes and concerns without rushing the appointment, spending the appropriate amount of time and as much time as required to achieve successful results. I only trust Dr. Moradi with cosmetic treatments. He's sincere, genuine and passionate about his work. I'm always reassured that I may return following any treatment if I'm not completely satisfied with the results and I feel like an adjustment or touch-up is necessary, often at no additional cost to me. Dr. Moradi also has an excellent staff. They all work so well together. I give them just as much of a shoutout. A well rounded fully dedicated staff with a PA, registered nurse and aestheticians. They have an important job having the first contact with patients and making the first impression. They run a tight ship running it smoothly and efficiently. They're quite punctual. I love Moradi, MD!!!! I came to this practice through a personal recommendation and have been more than happy with their services. The office is beautiful and comfortable but more importantly, staff are friendly and competent. I've been in a few times now for laser hair removal and a skin care consult. The laser hair removal is effective and competitively priced. Sheila, the nurse doing hair removal is friendly and professional. They use only the newest and best technology (I've had unsatisfactory results at other clinics that use outdated - and overpriced - lasers). I've also seen Sarah, one of their talented estheticians, for a skin consult. I've been using dermalogica for the past 10 years and thought I was pretty happy with it but my skin has aged some and I've been interested in clearing up some rosacea. I thought I liked dermalogica and couldn't believe what a difference it made when I switched to the newer Skin Medica products! I noticed a difference in under a week! My skin is softer, smoother, and even brighter! The rosacea is much less noticeable and I have no problem with break outs. I guess skin care technology can change a lot in 10 years and Moradi MD has kept up with the latest and best. I have no complaints and have really enjoyed my services with Moradi, MD. While I have not seen Dr. Amir Moradi for any surgical procedures, his practice will be my go-to place the next time I'm looking for a little personal upgrade. read more

I have been going to Dr. Moradi for several years now for Botox I love Dr. Moradi and Veronica. Dr. Moradi does a great job with Botox and Filler. I have had many people try and talk me into filler and I finally let Dr. Moradi do some at his recommendation last year and have been extremely happy with the natural looking results. I love Magdalina, and I love going to her for facial, peels, epi-pen, and microdermabrasion she does an amazing job. I especially like the epi-pen, and the results from her treatments and product recommendations have made a huge impact on my skin. I've been going to Dr Moradi's for many years, (only I usually see Dr. Antle). I am thrilled with the results of 3 types of surgeries received over the past 4 years. The best part is, I managed to keep it a secret and no one can tell I ever had anything done! I enjoy the way people look at me now. A subtle improvement over the years, I manage to age gracefully- (because I had some major help!) While I have not had actual plastic surgery from Dr. Moradi, I have seen his natural looking results on friends. Where do I start? I have had so many good experiences at Moradi MD. The biggest and most amazing thing I had done was the "Moradi Lift" Dr.Moradi is not just kindest doctor his work is amazing. In less than a week after having a lower facelift I was able to go out of the house and get things done but even more fantastic the Moradi lift was such a huge improvement and I look completely natural. No one could ever guess that I had work done all they think is that I look at least ten years younger than I am. I highly recommend everyone I know to get all they need to get done at Dr.Moradi's. The way he does IPL (to get rid of freckles or hair) has given me the best results compared to others that I have experienced else where. Dr. Moradi is absolutely one of the very best. There's not enough star on yelp to rate this wonderful human being. I went to see him last Friday because of the puffiness that I have been dealing with for the past couple years. Quickly during the consultation Dr Moraldi help me to realized that the puffiness is certainly due to the filler that I had done a couple years ago. He immediately propose to used Hyaluronidase in order to melt the down the filler. I was able to see the result immediately after the injection. I can't thank Dr. Moradi enough after seeing these bags disappeared off my eyes like that in a matter of second after suffering with them for so long. I went to Dr. Moradi 9 years ago and have been a loyal customer ever since. He's an artist which is extremely important to me--don't want a hack with a scalpel touching my face!!!--and he's also very ethical and honorable. He won't do a procedure on you if he feels the result will be less than natural looking. He's the most economical doctor I found in the San Diego area as well. I turn 50 this year (AAAGH!!!) and have an 11 year old son. I feel totally comfortable around his friends' thirty-something moms. I go every now and then for a laser treatment, but Dr. Moradi's brilliance has kept me from needing a full face lift, even though I've been an avid sun worshipper all my life. I am so disappointed in my results!!
