I took my car to town & country car wash, they did my carpets in an hour. I still haven't heard from them about the partial refund. They assured me that they would fix both parts and the estimate reflected the repairs and labor. When I picked up the vehicle, they only fixed one of the parts mentioned. When I told them about the other part, they gave me a hard time and stated that my insurance may not cover it. I told them that the estimate was based on both parts and I even called my insurance to clarify. Long story short, it feels like they wanted more money from my insurance. I feel like I was scammed. I will not be taking my vehicle here again. Please be transparent with your customers.
