I AM NOT A KAREN but how do I go to a car wash and leave with a dirty car?! The employee was rude and not understanding. I will attach proof. I will never return to this carwash, and will be informing my colleagues, family and friends of your terrible customer service.

This location has gone through a few changes over the last couple of years. I was hoping that this latest incarnation would feature touchless/brushless washing; unfortunately, it does not. There are no car washes in the area that feature touchless washing. I was pleased after my first visit that I opted for a monthly membership. The membership options vary in price from $20 to $40 and allow you unlimited visits each month. A bar scanner is placed on the inside of the windshield, which allows you through the gates, bypassing the entrance staff. I selected the $40 "Extreme" membership; however, I have not been receiving all the services promised. I think it is because the staff has no idea what you have paid for once you have passed through the gates. I will give it one more wash before deciding whether to keep this membership, or not. We've been to atleast 3 other car wash spots in town but we feel Champs is the absolute BEST!!! Give them a try. You won't regret it. I will also add, DO NOT GO at Lunch time from 12-1pm during the week. It does get slammed and the workers also take lunches as well so you will be waiting for someone to come and dry your car for a bit. One time I had to get out and dry it myself. Luckily for me, I carry shammy towels with me so I was good. But yup, avoid coming at lunch time at all possible. Other than that small detail, Champs lives up to their name.
