Everything from removing 4 huge pine trees and 2 really huge locust trees covering our home, to removing large branches broken in storms to removing dead trees around our property to grinding stumps. They leave the yard cleaner than they found it and do exactly the job they are hired to do. They ended up calling me the day before our original scheduled day and came out and quickly removed 2 pine trees and 2 large shrubs. They had a fairly heavy duty stump grinder, which made quick work of the stumps and large roots. They also brought a large chipper and cleaned up all debris, including everything around the chipper. They brought a large bucket truck, but did not need it for my particular trees. It is nice to deal with a professional tree service, which has the necessary equipment and expertise to complete any tree work, unlike another so-called tree service, which left me a huge mess, when the city would not pick it up. I didn't realize until they were finishing up that Oliverio, the business owner was part of the crew, which completed all of the work. It was nice to see him lead his team by example. The work couldn't be completed in one day, but they made sure to leave the property in great condition before leaving. They neatly stacked the logs and used a leaf blower to clear all debris. When they returned to finish the job, they went above and beyond--removing every last piece of debris and grinding the stumps so thoroughly it looks like the trees were never there. I recommended their…read moreservices to two of my neighbors, but afterwards discovered problems with their last job for me (e.g., the stump grind in 2016). Gale (I assume their sub-contractor) was to contact me BEFORE coming out to do the tree stump grind so I could give my neighbor a heads-up to remove their fence panel for complete stump access. Not only did Gale (or anyone from Trapper's for that matter contact me in advance) but the job was done when I was out of town. Since I was not home (or notified) I did not have time to request that my neighbor have his fence panel removed which he agreed to do if I gave him the heads up. The fence panel needed to be removed so that the grinder could access the complete stump via my neighbor's property. Also, this company left me with a huge pile of mulched wood to clean up which I would have been more than happy to pay to be removed. Once I removed the large pile of mulched wood from the stump area, to my disappointment I found that the stump grind had not been completed. I followed up with this company with no return phone calls or emails. I can not recommend this company.

We had about 15 trees that we needed cut (mostly dying and trees that weren't right for our home). He and he's crew came and got it all done in about 5-6hours. They were considerate of the property, neighbors and was careful with on-coming traffic (our back yard, where majority of the trees were being cut is right by the main Street). They also clean up and marked the tree stumps that would need grinding down (done separately). It was amazing to see them cut down the trees with ease. We'd definitely be calling him back in the fall when we're looking to plant some tree in our backyard again. Highly recommended.
