I have left 2 messages, yesterday and this morning and no one calls back? Makes me wonder how the service would be.

He actually made me feel very comfortable and confident in choosing him. I wanted to keep my dollars local and in my area and he is certainly not making me regret my choice. He is up front about what he can do. He is even incredibly honest on what I could do to save money and make my dollar stretch, what businessman does that?! He was also super accommodating to me needs, which he actually heard and paid attention to every single one. He promptly set up appointments for treatment and clean up of my overgrown area. Doing so much faster than I planned and checking one major thing off my list. If this is what he can do prior to a job, I can barely wait to see what his finished product will be like. Will update. ***update*** So sorry for the very late update. Although the job was done quite some time ago, he did an amazing job!! The overgrown area still looks nice, can't seem to keep my dog from back there. Rico was very professional, kept constant communication, and overall a very kind person. He exceeded my expectations!! Great company!!

They did a fantastic job every time they came out, they were hands down the best a communication, not only initially when I needed to establish service but all through out - they would send me a text each time they completed the yard and would text or email if there was going to be a change in schedule for any reason. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for lawn service in the area. They honestly are the best and are everything you hope for in lawn care.

Well-built retaining walls and two large paver patios - along with new trees, shrubs, and perennials - have added significantly to our family's enjoyment of our home. Jered Seely's expertise in both hardscape and landscape designs is exceptional. He incorporated our preferences into a workable plan with an attractive result. We especially appreciated Jered's utilization of a computer program that allowed us to view how proposed plantings of trees, shrubs, and perennials would look when placed along the front of our house. The quality of the crew responsible for executing the designs was likewise exceptional. They were hardworking, courteous, respectful, and professional. Special kudos to Tyler and J-rod! We have already recommended Seely's to several of our neighbors and will continue to suggest to others that they contact Seely's for any of their outdoor hardscape and/or landscape needs.

A broken wrist stopped me from planting in Spring and early Summer, but I sallied forth today with a list of nearby nurseries. Seely's was first on my list, and I didn't need to go farther. They have an impressive selection of trees, shrubs, flowers, and leafy perennials. Their Hosta selection is the largest I've ever seen. At a guess I'd say they have at least 100 different varieties. It's incredible! The Seely's employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and service-oriented. Julie hauled my cart all through the many plants, giving me advice on what plants would work with my East and West-facing planting areas. When I found one of my favorite plants looking a bit scraggly late in the season, she pruned the leggy parts off and left the beautifully formed inner stems and leaves for me. She was patient as I back-tracked to revisit plants I was interested in. Then she helped me load all my plants and a couple bags of Sweet Peat mulch/soil enhancer into the back of my Outback. I will definitely return to Seely's as I fill out my garden areas in the coming years. And I'll definitely watch for Julie when I do. This nursery doesn't look like much from the road, but it is truly a hidden gem! Check it out the next time you have landscaping and gardening needs!

They were the same as the Dublin location. I decided to go for it. I also bought a lemon tree. My frustration (4 stars) came from the service. A nice young woman pointed me towards where they were, but I was still lost. Then I saw her again with another older lady and this lady walked me into the room and found what they had available. She apologized and said they should have found her to help me in the first place. This is the second time I've been here in the last month, and I enjoyed the large gift shop the first time. Great store.

Otherwise, our experience was overwhelmingly subpar for the investment. We asked for a simple front yard landscaping revamp. There were more misses than wins with the overall delivery: 1) Design proposal took longer than quoted (no big deal, I know they're busy), and was missing a key part we originally asked for (and got an "oops sorry, here's a haphazard fix"). Design still lacked some our accessory asks, but we decided to disregard those anyway. I feel as though our vision wasn't heard and believe me, I am an over-communicator. Maybe budget was an unspoken obstacle? But if so, it should have been communicated - we were flexible! 2) The install day was never scheduled, and the install team showed up unannounced without designer oversight as promised. Luckily I was able to arrange to stay home for the install. 3) We were charged for new plants, that we didn't receive. Instead they "transplanted" our dead plants that looked awful (these were the reason we were investing in new landscaping altogether). 4) Old random foliage and plants were left in our landscape (likely with intention, because they planted the new around them which threw off spacing). 5) Some plants did not take and remained weed-y, even with frequent and appropriate watering. When addressed, we were told we were not watering enough... doubt it, but ok. See photos. I'm shocked they thought this was acceptable, and didn't ask how to handle if there was question at the time of install. We ended up needing to replant about half of the overall work ourselves. Old plant concerns were remedied on our invoice, and follow-up communication was prompt from the designer at least. Won't re-engage.

You should be aware that Hidden Creek does not have its own nursery but buys materials from other vendors, at least as to the work they performed for us.

My initial conversations were with Mishelle and she was my main contact throughout the work they completed; the work I needed much work done by Hidden Creek and this was not an easy project to complete. Mishelle was attentive, incredibly quick with her responses, detail-oriented, and listened to all of my goals for the project (and then followed through to be sure each was completed successfully). The designer, Marc, did a great job planning out my needs and revised as needed. The project manager, Tim, came out to the site, often, to check on the progress and made sure every detail was completed successfully. Lastly, and perhaps most importantly, the installation crew, primarily made up of Roberto, Roman, and Antonio, were exemplary; it was hard to believe the progress they made each day and they did so with exemplary professionalism and care. Hidden Creek is not the cheapest landscaping company, but they are the perfect example of you get what you pay for; I cannot recommend their services enough!
