Now that Eric has business and a busy calendar, he no longer seems to have time to even respond to text messages. He put us on his calendar for some work on 4/25 after repeated attempts to follow up with him, but after texting him the day before and the day of, he's effectively ghosted us. We were important clients for Eric before his business took off, but now that he has the wheels in motion, he doesn't even show up for an on calendar booking or follow up with us saying he can't make it out- nothing. We basically don't exist to him anymore, or at least aren't even important to his business enough for him to bother with rescheduling. Mr. Hesson, if you are going to do this to any more of your clients, I'd recommend you not leave them with a stack of your business cards.
