I had another great experience getting laser tattoo removal! One of my tattoos is really dark and as embarrassing as they come, but it's coming off nicely and Jason makes the experience comfortable and stress free! read more

Despite other reviews, my experience here has been positive. Bear in mind, my tattoo was very small and light to start, but I felt far more transparency around sun exposure and fair pricing from Jason than the alternative place I looked into. The other place tried to push a multiple-session package for a removal that only took two sessions w/ Jason. And, no - I don't have scarring! read more

I was done very wrong there . Beware of this place. I was disrespected by the staff. The guy there told me I was a loser.

The nicest owners! So accommodating when making appointments. Couldn't recommend them more, love it there

Jason And his staff are amazing. Tattoo removal takes time. He doesn't do the it will take X amount of time and buy 6 treatments upfront. Every member there are great. I've had Botox and filler and I always look refreshed without someone saying "oh it Looks like she had work" you should look natural like a good nights sleep. HIGHLY recommend!!!!! read more

Somehow my original review was removed, and that took away the owner's comment inappropriately referring to what women should/should not be doing with their bodies, my race, and angrily calling me a feminist, so I'm reposting this from my appt on 9/13/22: I have never had such a negative, traumatizing experience at ANY business before. In my entire life. I set up an appointment for tattoo removal. Got texts from Jason, the owner, on a Sunday night asking for availability. He asked for photos of the tattoo, and I sent them. Everything seemed fine. The tattoo I want removed happens to be of a cross symbol. I drove 30 minutes to the area and called the store twice for help finding the building. No one answered so I sent a text to Jason. As soon as I pulled into the correct lot, he called me back and told me he'd see me inside. The first red flag was there was a christian song playing on the speakers as I entered. Somehow, I knew it was directed towards me, but I ignored it and gave them the benefit of the doubt. I sat down in the lobby and filled out a form while he was finishing up with his appointment before me. Everything seemed relatively fine. A few minutes later, he calls me back, and we go to a room in the very back of the office. He closes the door and asks to see my tattoo, which is on my upper back. So I turn around to show him the tattoo again, and then I turn back around to face him. He didn't ask me to sit, he didn't make any moves to sit himself. He stood there, blocking the door, and the first thing he said to me is: "Do you believe in god?" I was immediately uncomfortable, but I answered that yes, in some way, shape, or form, I do believe in some sort of god(s). He then starts to preach to me. Literally. He starts talking complete nonsense about faith and religion but he wasn't making any actual sense or any points. I told him I was confused. He then asks me: "Do you want children?" I tell him no, and at this point I'm angry. He continues to preach to me and keeps talking about "burning," as if he was repenting his sins right in front of me. I tell him that I am uncomfortable and ask angrily what his point is. He then says: "Well it's just you're a pretty girl, and women should not be marking their bodies." I tell him I greatly enjoy "marking my body" as I have multiple tattoos that I plan to keep forever. Keep in mind, he's still blocking the door. I've never been so terrified and shaken in my life. I felt like I was looking in the eyes of a cult leader. I finally tell him that this is very uncomfortable and inappropriate, grabbed my things, and then I had to basically push past him to make it to the door and leave. I will never do business with these people, ever. A tattoo removal spa that tries to convert your religion. read more

First things first, Dr. Moran's salon has exceeded all of my expectations. After doing a ton of research, I chose to travel over an hour away to see Dr. Moran. Upon arriving for my first session, I was impressed by the location and look of the office space. I was extremely nervous but Dr. Moran answered all of my questions, didn't pressure me, and made me feel comfortable. He was patient with me and very accommodating. The results were OUTSTANDING. Within about 3 weeks of the first session, my tattoo faded significantly. After the third session, a large portion of my tattoo (which is a cover up that extends from my ribs to the bottom of my hip) is completely gone. I completed my 4th session today and I'm almost sure I'll only need one more. Lastly, the pricing is very reasonable... especially for the quality and care I've received. For the size and complexity of my tattoo, I thought laser tattoo removal would be unaffordable. I was sooooo wrong. For anyone living with tattoo regret like, I'd recommend Dr. Moran in a heartbeat. read more

Amazing business. Amazing staff. And Jason knows exactly what he's doing. Highly recommend to anyone looking for the services they provide.

I was looking to get laser hair removal. Being a Yelper, I read reviews of others and the responses from the owner convinced me to come. I'm glad I did! I called and scheduled the appointment on the same day. I appreciate that he greeted me with a smile, thoroughly explained the process, and wasn't pressuring me into buying "packages". The actual procedure was quick and painless. I look forward to going back to Moran for tattoo removal and other services that this beautiful facility offers. read more

Had my 2nd tattoo removal treatment. Jason is great. I can't wait to see how this turns out once they're all gone. Very affordable compared to other tattoo laser treatment places in Nashville. (One tried you sign me up for a $5000 "package" to have my REMOVAL). Check this place out over the others if you're bent on making a decision for laser tattoo removal. read more

I was trying to be nice so I just put a 1 star without any explanation but Ellen's husband (Jason) wrote the most unprofessional response to my 1 star so I will gladly write down what happened. Ellen & Jason Moran are the hair salon owners. Ellen is the hair stylist and I have never met Jason. Please read below for the details but I think the owners response is enough to show his unprofessionalism. I mean look at his responses to all the other negative reviews. My goodness. Also, I apologize in advance for any spelling or grammatical errors. ------------------------ I just moved here so I wanted to find a place that would do color and keratin treatment. So I found Moran hair and laser salon for a keratin treatment through Groupon but please note that we did not use Groupon for our hair color. 9/10: As shown in the text, Ellen said my hair would be starting from $65 and her prices would be fair. I sent her a pic of my hair and also the color I wanted. 9/12: As shown in the text, Ellen said my friends hair would be $95 and up. She also got a pic of my friends hair and what she wanted too. 9/27: As shown in the text, she said $65 but we ended with $150 BC she didn't have any of the platinum bleach bottle. Since she used the lighter bleach, she had to use a lot more but I didn't say anything BC my hair was perfect! My friend and I got our hair done and Ellen did an amazing job. It was beautiful. I told Ellen that I got the Groupon deal for the keratin treatment but she never mentioned about Groupon taking 40% (which wasn't my problem) but I would have gladly refunded the Groupon and just gotten the deal from her directly. We had originally planned to get my balayage and keratin treatment done that day but since we thought it was best to do another balayage treatment; we decided to do the keratin treatment after balayage session 2. But that day and nor before that appointment, she did not mention about the extra fee for the keratin treatment. Since she did such an amazing job, I still scheduled my next hair & keratin appointment. Then an incident happened at the salon where my skin had a horrible reaction to but Ellen was so sweet and was trying to help settle the situation. 11/7 & 11/10: As shown, I texted Ellen a few times but no response. So I contacted Groupon for a refund on the keratin treatment. 12/5: Ellen finally texted me back and said that her assistant was horrible and she made several appointment mistakes. Then, she said that her horrible old assistant has been contacting the wrong number. But when I contacted that number, she said that Ellen has never previously texted her until 12/5. 12/6: Ellen specifically said $20 extra for the keratin treatment BC I have a lot of hair... which is totally understandable. And if I added another toner session, my total will be around $100. 1/2: But now Ellen is asking for $100 extra for just the keratin treatment. I told them that their prices has been very inconsistent so I will just take my business somewhere else. Then, I get the most unprofessional text message from her husband (Jason) and my goodness look at his response to my 1 star response without this explanation. read more

Jason is super super awesome! I've gone to Moran Laser several times for tattoo removal and will continue coming. They are always accommodating and take the time to explain the tattoo removal process. My first appointment I was a bit nervous about how painful it may be, but Jason really made me feel comfortable and put my mind at ease. Highly recommend!! read more

Came here for a laser consult since I just moved to town and needed a laser hair touch up. Its amazing how $$$ most places in Nashville are for this service compared to Chicago. I checked out several other laser places and this one had the most competitive pricing for a touch up. Most places quoted me $200 plus for a single treament! no way! The doctor was up front with me for pricing and performed the service on the spot. Since This was a touch up, results were quick- about 2-3 wks to be hair free. He was honest in his timeline assessment for the follow up needed and I didn't feel pressured. I'll be going back! read more

Jason is so kind & professional. I cannot recommend him enough for tattoo removal. I had such a great experience with that now I'm currently in the process of laser hair removal. For anyone that is nervous/contemplating laser removal services-- just do it! You will be so glad. read more

I wish I could give this business more stars! I was absolutely terrified when I first called to schedule my laser appointment, you can ask Nikki because I screamed before she even turned the machine on, but after talking to her for a minute, I was completely distracted and it was so EASY! Everyone makes you feel comfortable and ensures that you are getting an awesome service. Seriously, I highly recommend this place, and I am stingy about my 5 star ratings. read more

Let me start by saying I had my first round of tattoo removal with a different company 18 months ago. I had good results, but I was so painful it took 18 months to get the nerve up to search for a new location. I saw Moran's had good reviews and decided to give it a shot. He ensured me that there would be less pain than I had at the other site and he was right! It's only been a week, but I feel that this treatment is working already and I have already scheduled my follow up! read more

The service is fine, if not great. The problem is how pervasive the intense Republican views are in every part of this business. The owner does not wear a mask and does not encourage customers to wear masks. He has purported before that the election was unfair, that votes were fraudulent, and that the COVID pandemic is being blown out of proportions (all while I lay on a table undertaking laser removal services). They typically play Fox on the TV but today they were playing One America News, which is edging on propaganda and is vastly inappropriate in any business open to the public. If you do not care about the greater good of the country and ending a global pandemic, your business should not exist. You should leave religion, politics, and sex out of your business, period. I do not recommend Moran Laser and Spa to anyone who is not a radical Trump supporter, because you will feel very uncomfortable during your entire experience. It is in their right to say and do as they please in their private business, however, as said before, I only recommend if you agree with their views which they will make clear to you. read more

So over my life I've made a few poor choices with tattoos. Now before you start thinking I have a bunch of gang tattoos- stop. Mainly I had 2 on my back that really bugged me. So, I hear about laser tattoo about 9 or 10 years ago but I knew the technology wasn't great and results were so-so at best. Fast forward to 2017. Lasers have progressed and learning about ink and pigment has gotten more extensive. Tattoo removal has pretty much been figured out. So I started looking for places in Nashville that offered the services. Doctors offices usually offer these but their pricing is always higher just because it's a doctors office. I came across Jason at Moran laser. Top. Freaking. Notch. I already knew a bunch of answers to the questions I asked him, and he answered them spot on. I texted him a few pictures with measurements and he responded with a fair price. Set up an appointment and went at it. So if you think this might be super painful- well, it's not. I've had worse. But it's also not less painful than getting the tattoo. But- sometimes erasing our mistakes is harder than making them and very worth it. Anyhow. If you are looking for tattoo removal- do yourself a favor and go see Jason at Moran Laser. I just completed my 2nd treatment and my tattoos are just about vanished. They were old tattoos and usually those go away easier. Nonetheless, you can get your ex's name removed or whatever you want permanently removed. That's awesome. Go see them!!!! Note: my tattoo was not an ex's name. They all live in Texas anyhow. read more

I walked into this med spa egar because other yelpers spoke so highly of this place. I walked in and two girls behind the desk yapped yapped yapped without noticing a customer was standing at the counter. Plus, once I finally was acknowledged the receptionist did not greet me just stood there without expression. I cancelled my appointment and went somewhere else for the same service and got awesome results. This business is new and has great prices but needs energetic, inviting receptionists otherwise the business will go elsewhere. read more

I received laser hair removal treatments on my underarms from Jason Moran. Jason is AWESOME! I actually wish I could ditch my dermatologist and just see him. Why is he awesome? Well he was honest with me about my skin condition. He took one look at my skin and nailed spot on what he thought my current skin care routine included and then he wrote out a new plan to improve. Some of his suggestions were free technique type tips and he of course suggest different products. I gotta say the products are well priced. The cleanser was $25 and the lotion was less than $40 and it's amazeballs. The laser treatment was awesome and the prices are fair. The office is very clean and modern - near the Target in Brentwood. Go see him. read more

The staff at Rejuvenation Group is very friendly and attentive to my needs. I initially visited as a result of a groupon deal but I can say that after my second treatment they have made a customer for life. The office is very clean and attractive in a discreet yet easy to find location. I've experienced nothing but professionalism and they always make me feel comfortable. Most importantly I have seen great results with my treatment so far. They offer free helpful tips and recommendations. I would certainly recommend the Rejuvenation Group to my friends. read more

I just have two words for this place : stay away I had a horrible experience with this place , the girl that works there does not know what is she doing , she burned my skin. When I first purchased the hair removal package they promised that after 5 treatments that the hair would not grow anymore. This person sped through my hair removal treatment eager to get rid of me so after 3 times I asked for Jason. He did it one time and it was good, but the next time I went I requested him but he was fighting with a customer so I had to have Nikki again. Once again she did not do a good job and she has a bad attitude. I went to my next appointment and they made up a lie and said that I missed my appointment and canceled my package causing me to lose the money that I paid in advance. These folks are unprofessional. The customer service is non existent. I did not receive the same results that my friends received from a different place for the same amount of treatments. very dissatisfied customer :( read more

I just recently call the number who appear in this app and I decide to call this place because of all this positive reviews about the place, services and treatment progress, the thing is I not even get a service and this gentleman answer my call the most rude way that you can treat a potential customer, I call several time because the closing time is 6 so I call 5:30 just to try to get my fist visit appointment , he say : what do you want!!! I was shock about he's attitude, and he complain to me because my phone number is from Puerto Rico he get extra fees in his phone bill and bla bla bla , there no reason to respond a call to a customer like that. If you don't know how to be professional at least pretend to be friendly with your customers or potential customers read more

Not professional in their communication with clients. They messed up my visits and were not up front about it. Also, the services I did receive were not as effective as originally promised. I've heard from others who have been there and to other places that rejuv group doesn't measure up to their competition in laser hair removal. Some of the technicians I saw did not seem qualified to do laser hair removal. Will look elsewhere next time. read more

Never again!! I came across this place with Groupon. 6 visits hair removal for $99. It's a good deal. Called for first appointment, the guy snapped at me, telling that he couldn't see me over the weekends. Part of it was my fault. I should have checked the business was not open on the weekends, but to yell at a future customer?? Anyhow, I made the appointment during my lunch break as he told me it would be done in 5 minutes. I had my second appointment few days ago. The same guy was there, selling a pricey face product to a desperate Brentwood cougar. He totally ignored my appointment. I waited for 20mins and left. I may not be an ideal customer, not requiring any beauty products, but to ignore? Luckily, Groupon gave me back full credit even though I used one visit. They might be overwhelmed by new Groupon customers, but they should treat any customers with respect. read more

Yes, yes, and yes. I love this place. It's a one stop shop. You can get Botox, your hair did, or a tattoo removed. Their menu is extensive so make sure you ask for a list of services.
