The bid was very competitive and I personally felt it was very fair! We reviewed the job scope, what all we needed done. Alex assured us he was going to take care to do everything, and they did! They did all the pressure washing, removed outdoor lighting, etc, and provided covering over windows and doors, etc., so they could do a good job painting. They even replaced some trim for us that was dry rotted. They took care to replace the boards and caulk them, using the same care I would have taken if I were able to do it myself. The paint crew all were friendly and took time making sure to trim out everything carefully. I was shocked how quickly they got the job done. Many hands made lighter work! At the end, they cleaned up thoroughly and left us with touch up paint. So, if the question is, would I recommend Alex and his family as painters for your next project? We had a number of painters bid this job but they were either extremely high on their bids or otherwise not feeling like a good fit. Our house interior is challenging because it has some extremely high and angled ceilings with many architectural features throughout, i.e., nooks and crannies. I noticed Tony's reviews and can tell you there is a reason he has so many satisfied customers and five star reviews. We called him and he was out the next day to bid on the job. He is very personable and talking with him it was apparent he knows his craft and is passionate about painting. His bid was extremely competitive and even though it was high season for him (summer), he was able to fit us into his schedule quite nicely. The job turned out excellent and on time!
