This is a ghost business, be very careful as they are facing a possible class action lawsuit, and already have an active New York court case against them which they are hiding from. ​I hired this firm based on marketing promising comprehensive "All Under One Roof" CFO services (monthly bookkeeping, payroll, and tax returns). They collected ongoing fees but delivered virtually none of the promised work product. Payroll was never set up, quarterly filings were neglected, and my files were left in total disarray. ​When I terminated the relationship for cause, the situation severely escalated: ​The QuickBooks Lockout: They intentionally held my business financial records hostage, deactivating my admin access and ignoring four formal, tracked written demands for my records. ​Unauthorized Post-Termination Access: Software audit logs proved their team continued accessing my private corporate financial data after termination until I forcefully overrode their access. ​Gross Factual Discrepancy: They generated a baseless $100,000 tax liability estimate with zero supporting documentation.
