It's family owned so the dad, mom & daughter showed up in their pickup truck and got to work. They are clearly used to working together because they had things set up in a jif. They kept me informed via text when they would be arriving. I asked for lights since it was going to be a night activity and they provided large globe lights that lit up the tent with a great look. Everyone oohed and ahhed when I plugged them in. The tables & chairs were clean and their prices were reasonable. I'd use them again if I need a tent or other items.

Was told that they would call an hour before arrival, was never called they just showed up. They then stated that they would pick up tables and chairs on Sunday and to just leave them on the front lawn. Well as you might guess Sunday no pick up, Monday no pick up, I called on Tuesday and they assured me they would pick it up. Wednesday equipment is still here. Obviously they cannot meet their delivery schedule if they can't even pick up their equipment in a timely manner. This is such a poorly run business I would not recommend this company to anyone.

When I couldn't get a person via the phone, I sent an email at 9:15am placing my inquiry/request, explaining my challenge, with the caveat that I would be unable to respond until 11:30 that day. At 10:15am, Kelly sent us a very reasonable estimate and indicated that they could deliver what we needed the next day and pick up on Tuesday.
