His repair was prompt and exceeded what I though would be acceptable if I had tried it myself. As we spoke while he was working, he mentioned that the existing plumbing was outdated and no longer per code. Any future leak might have problems with insurance coverage. I asked if his business included replumbing homes - yes it did. He performed a through walkdown and gave me an estimate which included bringing the home up to code plus the services of a team which would repair all drywall openings PLUS texturing. The repainting of the wall was on me (common sense). His offer was fair to me, we scheduled the work for about two weeks out and the replumbing (thru the attic) was completed in one day. The drywall repair and texturing followed the next day. He walked down the entire home with me afterwards. After repainting the rooms affected, I am unable to tell where the openings were made to bring the new plumbing down between the walls. I am very pleased with the work performed. Note: at the same time I was negotiating a new homeowners insurance policy and the first question asked was if the house had been replumbed due to its age. Big peace of mind!!!
