Radiant Energy Solar installs multiple solar brands and system configurations, and after doing over a year of deep research, I personally chose them and the EG4 system--I couldn't be happier with that decision. While I'm clearly biased toward EG4 at this point, it's because the performance, expandability, and overall value are hard to beat. It was EG4 that actually recommended Radiant Energy Solar as a top tier and trusted installer, in the state of Florida, which made me feel a lot more comfortable considering the amount of money that exchange hands. The system they installed is a true five-star setup--it looks as good as it functions. The workmanship is extremely clean, everything is perfectly aligned, and when the job was finished, the area was completely cleaned up. You honestly wouldn't know a major install had just taken place. The EG4 system itself is state-of-the-art, delivering incredible power and flexibility at roughly one-third the cost of many competing systems. The amount of energy I'm generating is simply awesome--and if I ever decide to go fully off-grid, it's essentially just the flick of a switch. I asked questions to a sales rep who made contact with me, and he decided that he would need to see the property, the appointment was made all through yelp. Never showed, called or texted. One of the most difficult selection when looking at reviews, it's trusting a company that is new. Through Yelp I reached out to David at Radiant Energy, this was done though the Yelp app by text. We set up a time on Monday at 9am, David was on time. He assessed the issue with one of my solar panel not working, it was the micro inverter. He got on the phone with the company (Enphase) fond it was under warrenty, they are shipping me the new inverter and he will install when it is in. We requested a solar panel clean. We let three firms know what to expect before they provided an estimate: that the 18 panels had not been cleaned in six years and their output had recently decreased. Sebastian of Radiant Energy and Solar provided us with the most reasonable quote. He turned up on time, and left the panels - which had been covered with a thick layer of congealed pollen and leaf debris - shining like new. He also thoroughly checked our system, provided us with a useful phone router for a very reasonable cost, and checked back a few days later to check that everything was working well. I was most impressed with his skill, depth of knowledge, and commitment to customer service. We will definitely call on Radiant Energy and Solar for any future work on our solar panels.
