On a delivery, I drove by the Seven Grains sign on SR261 near Tallmadge Circle. I went off the clock immediately after the drop-off and scooted back. For me, gluten free is not a choice--- I have celiac disease. I spend most of my life politely declining dessert rather than explain. We get sick of hearing "it's only a little bit of gluten!" "I made it! Try it it's good!" If I could eat cake and bread without suffering, I gladly would. It's not personal: it's an autoimmune disease. Places like Seven Grains make life a happier ride. So yeah, I was gonna drag my bf in this tiny shop no matter what! It was in the main drag of the festival so we just walked in and waited just a couple of minutes before it was our turn. Briefly, the popcorn is great, flavors are creative (see picture), kernals are a little stale, but generous for the price! We each tried two flavors, him savory and me sweet, and then shared a small bag ($4.75) while watching college football once we got to my house! I got a bag with half apple pie and half a sweet flavor covered in brownie batter. So good! We both agreed the brownie was the better of the two. I am looking forward to buying from this brand again. I hope to see them in stores! It is a VERY indulgent snack though so be mindful of calories and sugar!

Coincidentally enough, the cake also went viral on TikTok! Not only was the cake Gina made beautiful, but it tasted wonderful, and even included a surprise detailing of my friends' two mischievous dogs. I knew when I recommended Chef Gina to her, she wouldn't disappoint, and boy, was I right! The bride was so pleased with the process AND it was by far the best cake I've ever tasted at a wedding. You cannot go wrong with hiring this talented and kind woman-owned business!
