She also did not dry my hair, at all. I have thick, long hair and that was extremely uncomfortable. I know a blow out and styling is an add on service, but drying until at least damp seems common sense and like it should be included for the price. Whatever you do, do not give them your email. They will spam you. I get the same email DAILY despite unsubscribing and contacting them to tell them about the spamming. I thought maybe it was a glitch with their mailing system. I still get it. Every day.

I am very icky and know exactly what I want when it comes to a haircut. I can tell when someone feels comfortable cutting hair and is very knowledgeable. I told her what I wanted and away she went. They start of with a massage (electronic massage machine). I guess it is an added bonus. The haircut was fast and on par with some of the best haircuts I have had. Anna was talkative and inviting conversation. She made me feel comfortable and helped the time fly by. If you are a shy individual, no worries, they have a TV at every haircut station with sports on. Grace makes the whole experience comfortable and not awkward, and I was surprised to find that the Brazilian treatment can involve minimal pain. She taught me how to breathe properly through the waxing process, which has made a huge difference in reducing the pain. The products they use are excellent, and they also sell homemade salt scrubs for exfoliation. The atmosphere in the building is really cool and welcoming, and everyone is always very friendly and accommodating. One great thing is that when you pay, you have the option to tip, and the tips go directly to the waxer, not to the business, which I appreciate. In the past, I've had to tip the waxer separately at other businesses.
