Since Prohealth and other clinics/hospitals have joined "MyChart" I find it extremely easy to communicate, set up appointments, and get test results. I have been going to Prohealth for a very long time. The thing that keeps us coming back all this time is the dedication of our primary care physician. A big shout out to Dr. Daniel Cheng. He's friendly, helpful and professional. Never fails to call the next day to check on us, or give us test results. The rest of the staff have always been friendly and helpful. This includes the receptionists, nurses, and support staff. Once I arrive, I rarely have to wait more than 5 minutes.

All via TEXT with no explanation. I was involved in an accident and was really in need of physical therapy. I have never been to a place where they would cancel your appointment the day of after only one initial visit without giving you any reason why or without trying to re-accommodate you. I will never go back to this place, I do not recommend it..this is not normal or typical behavior of a physical therapy office. Not sure whats going on here. This is not the way to run a successful business.

He is a good educator and unafraid to give important health messages. He has attracted and retained an excellent team to do procedures with him. They, too, are uniformly kind, courteous, and highly competent. Unfortunately, I have not found his offices to be as efficiently run as his surgeries. At both the south side and downtown offices, the staff range from interested and quietly competent to brusque, aloof, and pre-occupied. While I certainly wish that this would turn around -- hell, the guy saved my life!

I called two days before (didn't realize the emails said 10 when I knew it was 9) left an message and got no call back, called again the next day and was told they'd see if the 9 am could switch, got no call back. Also was told every time I was "at the top of the waitlist" yet never once got a call about anyone cancelling or rescheduling between may and august. You're in the business of women's health, I'm trying to get in for specific concerns that idk, could affect fertility potentially? and who knows what else so I just don't get how it's taken so lightly and how you can be trusted as a doctor when scheduling is this difficult.
