If anyone can afford to take this case, not for the possible monetary reward but mainly to change the way the medical community is happy murdering a patient by chemo solely because her case is rare and don't care there is an antidote that could save her John Morgan could do this, he's worth 1 1/2 billion dollars. Below is what I sent Morgan and Morgan: This is a Wrongful death about oncologists who administer chemo without informing the patient that it could kill her in hours if it is a rare situation the medical community is well aware of and chooses to knowingly let chemo kill these people instead of performing a simple test or having the antidote on hand in the event it is needed. The next day I got a voicemail from an employee asking to speak to me about my case however I have my phone set to not ring from unknown callers so I didn't see the voicemail. For 4 days I got a call from them every day, but they never left a voicemail those times. Then I noticed the voicemail and returned the call. The person I spoke to wasn't a lawyer and asked me about the case which demonstrated to me she had not even read the information I sent. I told her to read what I sent, she wouldn't or couldn't. So I told her when she reads it she can have John Morgan call me back. She said she just wanted to pass me on to someone so I said ok connect me. Another woman answered. I said are you a lawyer? She said no but started asking me questions. I asked her if she had read what I sent, she said no. So I told her she can have a lawyer who has read what I sent present it to John Morgan and he can call me. As she hemmed and hawed I interrupted her and said unless you do what I asked, you can forget about me because I'm not interested in jumping through your hoops when no one has even read what I sent, and your response to it is to call me every day without leaving any voicemail. After 3 months of back and forth voicemails and texts they dropped me due to "not getting the required treatment". I got the MRI that they wanted me to get. I got in with the neurologist that I can't afford on my own. I was waiting for the neuroradiologist to read the MRI. I told my case manager, Brooke, this but got no response and then the next day got a call that I was being dropped. I think it's because when they put my MRI results through "their machine that reads it" I informed Brooke that it was wrong. She was trying to tell me stuff about my spine when I had a brain MRI. I have a permanent neck injury that requires periodic injections to provide range of motion and pain relief. This case went to mediation twice before I agreed to settle in December 2025. My attorney in Georgia was Megan Garcia and I received 146 emails and sent 254 emails containing all sorts of information and documentation. Believe I should have been billing Morgan & Morgan for my services! The true kicker is the settlement itself. The attorney's fees were 40% off the top and they then proceeded to attach a bill for "costs" that listed 16 items; (ie., postage, filing fees, process service, docufree print, docufree postage, long distance telephone (?), docufree digital imaging, print - black and white, print - color, conference call, retained expert (thought that was what my attorney's fees provided), and get this, interest expense (WTF), wasn't aware that I was borrowing money from them?? After all these charges Morgan & Morgan took 71.5% of the settlement and left the victim in this case with an incredible 28.5%. Getting easier to understand why they are the biggest injury law firm. You get injured by a negligent driver and then your attorney injuries you a second time! "For the people"??? You seriously need to change your advertisements. "More for you" is an absolute lie. I did speak with the "right department", who let me know that the status was "pending acceptance". She couldn't even tell me where in the process this class action suit was. Yet again confirmed that they just wanted me to post a review on their intake process and highly encouraged me to give them a positive review. When I asked how I could evaluate in order to post an honest positive review on a class action case which was pending acceptance and hadn't had any litigation or even any interaction whatsoever other than "intake", they clarified very distinctly that they were only asking me to review their intake process, not their actual legal services. When I asked what is included in the 'intake process' they wanted evaluation of, they said "well, just when we collected your name and contact information." FALSELY boosting your reviews by having the reviews on the intake process, and NOT on your legal expertise or case outcomes is kind of disgusting, intentionally misleading, and most definitely unethical!!! Zero Stars!!! If you can't even get the intake portion right, how can I trust you with my actual claim? That's not worth anything to me. The fact that somebody from the company actually read my first review and took the time to comment, but still didn't reach out and no one has worked the case at all says that they're just farming for reviews and not actually representing people. That they clearly haven't improved their process in all of this time is a huge red flag! The lady I signed the contract with was very pushy but said my type of case, which is an assault case, was the exact type of case they like to take. Then I wasa contacted by Holly, who I believe is an assistant or paralegal to Lauren Marley, and she said they don't normally take assault cases, and they would get back with me after the attorney reviewed my case. Then she contacts me this past Friday to say give her a call. I missed her call by a few minutes so I called her twice and left her a voicemail message and I even text her asking for an update as I didn't want to go through the weekend not knowing. Of course, she didn't call me back, and I had to call her back today, Monday March 10th, to ask what the status was only to be told they were dropping me. After still no contact to even know they were a fit, I refused to sign it. Their CALL CENTER tracked me down several days later to try to get my case when they found out that there were more significant injuries in later tests. My context is important. To Morgan and Morgan: I have been lied to for as long as Incognito has existed. I truly can only imagine the data they have on me. For what it is worth, things make some sense now. The "things" are Google related. Call and leave a message if you wish, though email is preferred. I am as solid a misinformed victim as anyone. The letter was in regards to Google Incognito. I read their pitch. I even read most of the papers I signed (that's how I know I shouldn't have). I mulled it over--ignoring multiple emails. I was seeking council to file an appeal for my ssdi denial when I contacted M&M. I explained my situation to the representative on the phone and after giving her all the details of my case, she informed me that they would take my case. She sent me a link to electronically sign some legal paperwork and told me I would receive the remaining documents to sign in the mail within 7 to 10 business days. It's been almost 2 months and I have yet to receive this paperwork. I called them to complain and my call was returned someone who sounded foreign and called me well outside of normal business hours. I've been shuffled around the law firm and given the run around and no one wants to take responsibility for the situation I'm in. I have only 60 days to file my appeal and they told me to go ahead and do file it on my own and by that time the paperwork would get sorted out. These guys are clowns. I'm guessing the person who accepted my case wasn't supposed to and instead of owning up to the mistake decided to pass the buck until I got fed up and went away. These guys may be America's biggest law firm but size does not always necessarily matter and they should probably stay focused on slip and fall cases and stay away from social security matters. read more

Just made the initial call to a call center, sounds very much like contacting your cable company staffed by immigrants, hard to understand through the accent. asking the same questions over and over, what's your birthday, how old are you.... didn't I just answer that? I finally called Their office a couple weeks after I didn't hear anything and the representative that I talked to told me that They said no and They never even provided a reason why. My entire experience has been a total nightmare. I was injured in a car wreck in July 2019 and I chose Morgan and Morgan to represent me, hoping they could help. I have had 3 different case managers since July and all of them have been very difficult to reach. The communication has just been terrible.
