Kevin McDowell is hands down the best disability attorney EVER. Thank the good lord my best friend had referred me to them. I had lost my last disability case in 2022 at age 47 and I just gave up. Don't go to this people. It's a waste of your time. You will end doing all the work getting your records. They will promise things they don't deliver. The will be rude to you as they fail. Say they talked to you when really you will hang up on them. More over they are not lawyers the are just advocates. That is all you will get. They run there office poorly and have poor customer service skills. read more

It is 2021 now and I won my case in 2018 with Kevin McDowell. I am just realizing I never bothered to even think if they had a yelp page lol. Well, Kevin is freaking great. He is a very patient and kind man. He is honest with you and very helpful. Even years after my case was won, Kevin told me "If you have questions don't hesitate to shoot me a phone call or email." He was not just saying that. Once in a blue moon if I have a question, even 3 years later he REMEMBERS who I am and answers my email within hours or even the next day. This is what led me to make this review today. Most lawyers just move on to the next and just leave you to fend for yourself but not Kevin. Do not deal with McDowell Stromatt & Associates! Be careful on any documents you sign. If you later request copies of the signed documents you won't get them. If you are eligible for back pay from SSD then be very careful... In this case the attorney got the back pay check from SSD first, which is a normal procedure, but never forwarded any portion of the back pay to the client. These guys are crooks, they want you to do all the work, they will keep your money and they won't follow up with you after the disability is approved. These people will even offer a monetary discount if you give them a good review... What! read more
