I recieved very great service from the person I've been interacting with since April of last year regarding my car accident, and the injuries that we had as a result of of the accident. My entire family were in the vehicle with me when we were plowed from behind. As a result of this, my back was completely injured. I had a broken neck, teo herniated disc in my neck, as well as two ruptured and collapsed discs in my very lower back. At the time, I was assured that Morgan and Morgan would cover my medical my medical Bill's, as well as the surgery that I now need, due to the severity of damage done to my back. After a series of doctor appointments, being reassigned to an entirely new doctor, when the one I had been seeing retired, with no notice. This new doctor then referred me to a spine specialist, who would presumably be doing my surgery. It was no more than 2 days when I received a phone call for Morgan and Morgan, letting me know that my treatment would no longer be covered. Basically, I was left in excruciating pain, pretty much constantly, with no hope of having it fixed. I'm stuck with this pain, and can't even play with my children, or pick the up. For this aspect, I am so very frustrated and disappointed in this firm. I will add, no one was ever rude or disrespectful toward me. I just don't know if I will recommend them to others. I just hope that I get enough compensation to pay for my surgery, when all is said and done. read more

I was airlifted out after falling off a roof while working for an insurance company as a property adjuster breaking my left collar bo e and 12 sets of ribs and collapsed lungs to drama center where I was in icu and was not able to set broken collarbone due to my lungs not able to have znasstezi after 4 surgery on my collarbone later and having infection after surgery a pick line was put in and 4 years of physical therapy and not able to ho back to my work were I was making $5000 a week I lost everything my condo my car. I was about to be evicted from an apartment I rented they wanted me to settle for $45000 which was 2 months pay lol I had to take it as I was desperate at the time.
