We have never needed a personal injury attorney before. We really didn't know anything about this type of case. My husband was hit in the rear while sitting at a traffic light. Ian gave me options to repair it in sections, and said my pads were at 60% and they could wait too if needed. I've NEVER encountered such transparency and a simple explanation. The service team was quick to respond and ordered my part. Communication was good as they kept me informed of when the part would arrive and when my boat would be ready. I paid for the services and parts, picked up my boat, and brought it home. Thats when the problems started. Without getting into the details, there was some type of error with the service performed which exacerbated my problem. I had to bring it back to Sunrise to have them resolve this new issue. Unfortunately, the part was on backorder however they kept me in the loop on the progress. I just picked it back up today and though I haven't run it yet, I appreciate the strong communication and commitment to getting it right for me. Thank you Daphne service team.

I've know Andy personally through a business relationship for probably 20 years. I've also handled business for several other attorneys in my professional life. I've seen him actually in tears over mistreatment of a client. When I needed a Personal Injury Attorney there was no question as to which Law Firm I would choose. I was fortunate to be assigned to attorney Jon Roberts and para-legal Amanda Downing. We have been expertly navigating my case and medical progress for about 6 months. Both Jon and Amanda are knowledgeable and communicate well. Taking the time to insure that I was fully informed. Never seemed rushed, and either answered the call or called back quickly We reached a satisfactory settlement agreement quickly. After contacting several law firms, (after having to fire our previous attorney) Andy Citrin agreed to take over our totally messed up accident case.
