I have to say that I am a blind person with the seeing-eye dog and I travel the streets constantly, but the city tore up the sidewalk and did not repair it properly, especially for ADA compliant. I contacted Morgan and Morgan and they declined to proceed to get the city to fix this and my injuries Would not recommend this company I they say for the people, but not really for the people read more

They took an hour of my time to get to a no. No other law firm has taken that much time or anywhere near that much time. Most law firms get it done and you know 5 to 10 minutes. This was being passed around to people who were very clearly low-level for literally almost an hour. And at the end, of course they don't give you any kind of reason for the no. Nor did they talk to our medical expert, who was literally paid and ready to talk to them. Very unimpressive. read more

over the last three years I've gone to them twice for two different situations and both times found them to be rude, unprofessional, incompetent, and incapable of helping. I would never recommend them to anyone and certainly will never be calling them again. read more

Morgan and Morgan is not and never has been for the people. Twice they have dropped cases for my family. once it was that "I" did not prove my case. next it was because the winnings wouldn't meet a certain threshold. they suggested trying a small law firm. https://share.newsbreak.com/jh1pdcq9 read more

I called this law firm about a situation I was having with an insurance company and they denied helping me. Which was fine? But then months later, the insurance company completely stopped my claim with no reason. Which this law firm supposedly specializes in, so I figured I give it another shot and instantly, the woman interrupted me talking to tell me i've already requested their service and was denied read more

Don't hire them. The head of the firm is a giant dou che bag. This is bottom of the barrel law. I got slammed from behind by a police car, a pretty slam dunk case, I was injured but really I just wanted my car replaced and my bills paid, no big $30 million suit, couldn't even handle that. I got someone else. What they didn't know was that I am a litigation specialist and know the law. I probably could have had a nice malpractice suit if I wanted to bother, but honestly, life is too short to litigate if you don't absolutely have to do it. But if you do, don't hire this firm. read more

I started dealing with Morgan & Morgan March 2026 they promise you the world and that they're gonna help you and that they can get you in the physicians and that they care. I went through three case managers who would barely message me back on the app. It's Mission impossible to try to get somebody on the phone and yesterday they determined that my case wasn't high valued enough and said that I could go to Elk & Elk if I wanted to file suit and since March, this was the first time I've ever talked to this attorney just three other case managers but because the insurance is only offering $2600 it's not worth Morgan & Morgan's time go anywhere else this place is trash read more

They just wasted your time. I had a very frustrating experience with my accident case. My case manager was extremely unresponsive. It often took a long time to get replies to emails and text messages, and there was no proactive communication at all. I constantly had to follow up just to get basic updates. What really surprised me was that the official letter they sent even had my name spelled incorrectly. Even after I pointed it out, it wasn't fixed in a timely manner. For something as important as an accident case, I expected much better attention to detail and communication. Overall, this experience made me lose confidence in their service. read more

Yelp requested that I submit my review of Morgan & Morgan with more details. Here it is: My first contact with Morgan & Morgan, I was "on hold" for over 1/2 hour, while I multitasked. Finally, I spoke with a female with a thick accent who said something about a "contract dispute". My issue is NOT a contract dispute! Then, I filled out a form requesting to speak with the manager of the supervisor handling my claim. No contact via email was received. I emailed my concerns with specifics of my claim. I called on a different day and no call back was received again. I doubt that my claim was reviewed by a "legal team". I finally received the response from Morgan & Morgan as follows: "Thanks for contacting Morgan & Morgan. Good night." I say, GOOD LUCK AND GOOD BYE! read more

I had high hopes when I chose Morgan & Morgan to handle my case, but my experience was nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. From the beginning, my case changed hands multiple times, and communication was almost nonexistent. Calls were rarely returned, and updates were few and far between until it was nearly too late to pursue the lawsuit. I even received an email stating they were going to drop my case because they hadn't heard from me, which was not true. After my car flipped and was totaled, I expected better representation. Instead, I received a settlement of just $10,000, of which the firm kept 40%. Throughout the process, I never felt like my case was a priority. I didn't even speak to the attorney representing me until an hour before my deposition. To make matters worse, she informed me that she wouldn't actually be the one representing me during the deposition--it would be someone else entirely who to this day I never spoke to. We were introduced on the call and that was it. During the deposition itself, the assigned attorney never checked in with me during breaks to provide guidance, feedback, or even reassurance during such a stressful time. I felt abandoned and unsupported during what was already a difficult experience. I expected a law firm that advertises itself as being "For The People" to show more care, attention, and professionalism. Sadly, this was not the case. I would not recommend Morgan & Morgan to anyone seeking reliable and compassionate legal representation. read more

Still have not seen my money been 3 months now since checks were sent to them by insurance companies , said he asked for a quick processing ? I believe to be a lie ! These lawyers are a bunch of Ambulance Chasers. They handled the Ticketmaster Data Breach Lawsuit. I was a victim of this data breach. My Credit Card information was stolen and fraud was attempted. I had to cancel my card, and get a new card, leaving me without a card for a couple of weeks. It was a real hassle. They offered me $50 settlement. Definitely not enough. Morgan and Morgan presents themselves as professional "family" driven attorneys. From the mother speaking of raising boys to the father who tells story of why he became a lawyer because of a young brothers injury. DONT BE FOOLED by this. Their firm simply unleashed my contact information to every dirty dog lawyer in California with ,ZERO REGARD for what the long list of bone chasers they are recommending. TOTAL RECKLESSNESS! I am getting hundreds of calls from every law firm in CA. I block and report and new ROBOTS continually redial and call. Sometimes several redials automatically to force an answer. This is downright criminal and the Morgan and Morgan law firm should be held accountable either by fines or restitution. Just a few minutes ago, Sweet James was the most recent hand off, where the caller asks me "why do i have to be such a bitch"? When all i did was to repeatedly say "Please get me off your call list". I guess he didnt like that, but nor do i like 50 calls per day. NEVER GIVE MORGAN & MORGAN YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION and avoid Sweet James like the plague. read more

I did a class action lawsuit and was sent Docusign I signed it but was able to send it to the law firm. I was getting frustrated too all I can see is the finish button but not the send button. The law firm kept asking me to send the retainer but I kept telling them I can't do it. Finally their team paralegal called me from Puerto Rico and sent it on a different platform. I was willing to do FaceTime if she walked me through the process. Was sent, signed it, all done in 40 seconds. They received it. See why can't this SHIT law firm had done the same??? The team assembled to help me has been absolutely fantastic! I have never waited longer than 5 minutes for a return call or email. My attorney is always accessible to me and is very educated and experience. My caseworker has been so patient and supportive while guiding me through a very difficult situation that I'd never be able to navigate on my own. I was like everyone else in my mindset of 'I'm ok, it won't happen to me" therefore I knew very little about what to do or who could help me, I didn't even understand fully everything I would need help with!
