Hi. Matthew Mingus was my case worker. I had Mr. Richard's for my attorney. I only spoke to Mr. Richard's once. Not because he was terrible but because Mr. Mingus was so great. He handled everything for me in a fast and friendly way. He called me or texted me almost every day just to check on me and to keep me involved and up to speed. He even made doctors recommendations. Morgan & Morgan is an absolutey HORRID law firm to employ. I know this because of my personal hiring of the firm. They tacked on so many fees, that expect not to receive ANYTHING after the claim is settled. For instance, for every page of an email sent, they charge $.30....They billed me for so much, that they actually threatened to SUE ME, if I didn't pay them the amount OVER what was received in the settlement. They also put erroneous charges on the bill...When I went to sue them in Tallahassee, the judge threw out the case because I had signed an 'arbitration agreement' with them...which means my only choice was to pay $1800 to an arbitrator and drive down to Orlando to try and fight them on this matter. Benjamin Webster (their senior attorney), is a crook and will hopefully be disbarred after I give the State of Florida the rest of the information I have on this criminal operation....
