From the beginning, his staff has been professional, responsive, and clearly organized. Everyone I have spoken with has been on point and helpful, which already makes a huge difference when you are dealing with something as stressful and drawn out as a disability case. I cannot speak to a negative review from years ago, but my current experience has been the complete opposite. However, after going to see Mr. Herren and learning the processes, I assisted his office in gathering all of my medical records and made sure that all goals he set for me, were met. As Mr. Herren explained, early on, in the state of Texas its "Deny, Deny, Appeal/Go Before The Judge"! When i asked questions she would treat me like i was an imbecile. After the decision, in which i did get approved thanks to my own testimony, she would not answer a phone call or email. After she got paid by SSA i called to ask if she knew when my backpay would arrive and got nothing. no answer on phone, no answer to emails. Ethics was seemingly a class she skipped.
