I would like to thank Marisol (Mary) Castro from the start of my intake process to my new case manager Rayanna, which I meet with for the first time this Friday @ 13:30 PM. Based on the reviews I'd read, it seemed most attorneys had arrogant demeanors, expected you to understand the legal terminologies, never placed themselves in your shoes, and never had time for you as an individual, and rarely as a client... I can honestly say, this was not the case for my attorney and his team. While I hope to never be involved in an accident again, the reality is I reside in the Greater Houston area, so my future endeavors are uncertain, but one thing that is certain, is that if I ever need representation in another automobile accident, I know who to call!
