Sadly, after receiving great service 10 years ago... things have changed. I got a ticket 8/18/22 and called them the next day. I had to keep calling to get status of my case. I always spoke to the same woman, can't remember her name but she seemed annoyed I kept calling. Last time I called I was told my case was reset for next year! Exactly a year away. So, I paid you for what!? If I happen to get a ticket in the next 12 months I'm SOL. When I dealt with him directly (the atty) it was a great experience, this time not so much. Thinking of doing drivers safety and getting my money back from them. Would NOT recommend. read more

Honestly, it's the only attorney I've ever had, but this law firm is terrible. I had a ticket from 2018 or 2019--I don't remember exactly--but they never kept me updated. Fast forward to 2024, and I get pulled over with four warrants related to that ticket. The crazy thing is, I had just spoken to them the day before, asking about my ticket record, and they told me it was clean. So, moral of the story: if you want your money to go to waste, go ahead and spend it here. read more

I have always used Rene González and Associates for my past cases, and they have always been on point. Last April I recommended a relative to this firm, and still to this date, they haven't given us an answer. When I called today to get some answers, a very rude receptionist answered the phone and was very short, curt, and didn't care to hear what I had to say. I wanted to say that whoever you have working in the desk may need some appropriate customer service training. This Law Firm really came through for me. It took a little longer than I anticipated but after my new date to appear was done by this law firm, she was able to completely dismiss my speeding ticket in which the state trooper said I was doing 63 in a 45mph zone, (I saw 56mph on my speedometer when I passed him, just saying!) I hired Eva and Arturo today for a speeding ticket at the last minute and they were EXCELLENT. Arturo listened to my side of the case and heard what I wanted as a result. They reviewed my ticket and instantly found mistakes on the ticket. They argued my case to the prosecutor and the judge. My ticket got DISMISSED. I sent him some paperwork that he had to sent the court so I could a ticket dismissed and he never sent it so now I have to pay $350 because of HIS mistake. Although they did solve our case, they must not be very organized in the office because I had to call in after hearing nothing for a month after hiring them and the woman on the phone said a letter had been mailed out to my husband about his court date. She said it had been mailed out "two weeks ago" to which I responded "well shouldn't it be here by now then?" she said "give it a few more weeks" about 3 1/2 weeks go by never received anything in the mail so I called again. The woman had answered and I began to explain to her that over a month ago a different woman had told me I would be receiving a letter in the mail (which I never did) about all of my husbands information about his court date. She apologized and just repeated that the letter was sent out on so and so date and it should have been there by now, instead offering to mail us another one all she kept repeating was that "in the system it shows it was most definitely sent out" and I had to ask her if she could tell me when his court date was and where it was going to be at, if I hadn't called to ask I would've never known that his court date was on the following week early in the morning! Then I had asked her if she could e-mail me all the information, she asked me for my e-mail and guess what? Never received anything about his court through e-mail either! read more

If I could give them zero stars I would!!! These are the worst lawyers you can find. I hired them for a warrant in August, and got turned me away several times when I called to follow up on my case. The ladies that work there are very rude, they don't care about you, they always answer with an nasty attitude, and told me their systems were down about 4 times. They never followed up or sent me a letter letting me know when my case was up until the day before I had to go to court, which is about the most courteous thing they did, when I asked them why they never sent me anything sayin that I had court, they claimed they sent it in September, which I never got, even after verifying my address on file. I was very upset, because I had a final exam the day of court, which I could have rescheduled if I would have gotten the letter they never sent. So I try to figure out if there's any way to reschedule the court date. They said, "fine send us your schedule, to use as proof to the court." I send them my school syllabus, and follow up o see if they received it, which they asked me to do, and the lady I spoke to says she received it. I call back the afternoon after my test to see if my court date is reset, and they have the nerve to tell me that they never received my syllabus, and the court still issued me a warrant, which could have been avoided. So yeah, do not hire them, they are garbage! read more
