A week later the owner came out, after the time for Inspections had passed. He came on our property unannounced and failed our system. He told me I needed to spend $20-$25,000 on a new system that he would gladly install for us. I hired another company to reinspect the system. They passed the system. Stating only that the tank was a bit small and if a larger family were to move in, they might need to clean it out more often or replace the tank with a larger one. I would not trust this company.

I had the pleasure of working with Shawn, he was so amazing during the whole process. There were a few hiccups with the seller of the house paving over the septic tank and Shawn did not charge me for coming out since he wasn't actually able to do anything. We rescheduled under the impression that the seller had fixed the issue, shocker he didn't.
