Frank installed a/c unit last summer/fall. After I paid him deposit of over $3,000 it took him a…read moremonth to install the unit. He said he was busy fixing a/c's. The unit cost $6,300. This past Monday our a/c that is less than a year old and covered under warrantee went out. I left a message for Frank. He never called back. I had another a/c company come out and they discovered that sadly the warrantee would not be covered because Frank did not install the surge protector. I had to spend almost $1,300 to get this new repair done. It was all preventable. Frank still has not bothered to call back.

Greg has been at this for a bit and clearly knows his stuff. Over the next few days they worked hard to find us a backordered part (getting lucky on EXACTLY the right day) and had us up and running again as soon as humanly possible. Price was right, too.
