They stopped the project half way through and now are refusing to answer any phone calls from me. I will get a text claiming he will call, but he never does. The project was stopped right in the middle of it making the house unlivable, then I had to find lodging for my family while I made it somewhat livable. The cost is very expensive especially considering they don't do all the work or give all the deliverables. He lied about how long the project would take, even if they had worked, the time estimate would have been way off. At beginning of the project, when they did show up, they would work from about 12:30 - 4:30. Owner would continually lie and state he would be there first thing in the morning. The earliest they did show up was around 11 on the first day. I was given no reason as to why they stopped working, or why he couldn't even answer the phone. I gave him many opportunities to just let the project move forward, but he couldn't be bothered to even answer his phone. Don't use this company unless your into fraud, not getting what you paid for, and want the hassle of having to work with an attorney.

Due to rain they had to cover the uncompleted roof with tarps and were back early the next morning to finish the job. They did an excellent job of cleaning up; nothing left for me to do! Tim and James were professional and checked with me frequently to make sure I was satisfied and to keep me informed of exactly what improvements were being made. Last but not least, I have to give a lot of credit to Kelley for diligently and patiently contacting my insurance company to make sure I received full payment for the job. James Miller (The Owner of This Business), also has rental properties that he maintains. I rented…read morefrom him for approximately eight months and had many issues with the apartment. For example, the bathroom flooding due to frozen pipes, not having water due to frozen pipes, inhabitable living conditions due to James forgetting to turn the furnace on, and numerous other complaints and concerns left unaddressed. This ultimately made me decide not to resign my lease. I requested to do a walkthrough with James after I moved out and it was noted some of the marble floor tiles in the bathroom were damaged. I told James some of the marble tiles had cracked due to my apartment flooding and being below freezing for well over a month. James then stated there were scratches on some of the marble tiles. I pointed out that it is normal wear and tear on flooring and according to the lease, my security deposit is not to be used for normal wear and tear. Not to mention, many scratches were in front of where the washing machine was. Due to the freezing conditions, James sent employees to come over to fix the frozen pipes. His employees pulled my washing machine out multiple times causing scratches. James stated he was withholding my $800 security deposit and requested I pay for all new flooring in the bathroom because he "can't find any to match the existing tile." I told James that it was not my responsibility to pay and that I am still requesting my security deposit back. It has been months without the return of my security deposit. Overall not a good experience and would not recommend renting from him!!!! Unfortunately, he has blocked me on all platforms so I am unable to leave a review on Facebook which is where his rental properties are managed.
