I didn't realize this until after the job was completed and I paid him. Once I realized the error, I contacted Doug to fix his mistake. He said he would and that it would be a simple 10 minute job. I had him scheduled 3 times to come over and fix the job and he no called no showed me three separate times. He has now blocked my number. This is the kind of business this guy runs. He does shawty work, is extremely unprofessional, and a dirt bag. Don't waste your time or money on this person! I will be reporting him to the BBB so that he can't screw over anyone else.
