I would highly recommend Brookwood for your heating-cooling-plumbing needs. They also installed the furnace and air conditioner for my house. Several years ago we had no heat in our house the day before Christmas. They had someone out within an hour and got our heat fixed in no time.

I was yelled at by the receptionist and told I am not doing this take your business somewhere else, your bill will be wiped. I called whom i believe is the owner that i was talking to get a quote. I was then lied to and yelled at by him. Was told when trying to get quote i would have to be called back because no one was in the office then I was just told he was in the office the whole time and heard the entire conversation. When I called this time I was told I was in the office for the entire conversation and don't agree with how she handled it. In the same breath I was asked if I could be called back because he was getting out of his truck. This company should only be called in a dire emergency where no one else can/will come.

After a hail storm I called brooker for insurance quote on damage to my air conditioner. a week…read morelater insted of the quote i received a bill from them for over a hundred dollars. I was told i wouldnt have to pay them if I used them but still hadnt even seen the quote. i still am trying to finalize the insurance claim but get calls and certified letters sent to me from brooker wanting their service charge money... very PETTY bussiness.....

I had a new washer and dry delivered; but due to the fact that I had two rusty faucets the…read moreappliance company would not install the washer. I made a quick call to Brooker and the next morning they sent two people out to replace the faucets and help install the washer! It couldn't have been easier and more pleasant. I will for sure be contacting them in the future for any other heating or plumbing issues my house might have.
