Told I would have to leave it for a week (links on this band were hard to take out). No problem. I left the old watch per them so that they would know the size to make the band. Called after I never received a call after the week...told that for some reason the watch was never brought back to the watch technician. He informs me that they are VERY busy and it will be a few more days before he can get to it. I told him I was disappointed in their service, but ok, it is what it is. In approximates 20 minutes I get a call telling me that my watch is working fine, checked the battery, I had forgotten to remove the plastic tip on the stem of the watch...that's why it wasn't running. HELLO...I brought the watch in to have the band shortened. Then the owner gets on the phone and tells me that in order for them to fit the band, they must have my wrist. Three salespeople worked with me when I dropped off the watch for the band, not one of them took any measurements at that time of my wrist. They told me to just leave the old watch and they can use that. Needless to say, the owner told me to come and pick up my watches, they would not fix them. They were very disrespectful. I truly believe that because my watch was not an expensive item they didn't want to be bothered. Correct me if I am wrong, but seems to me that good customer service would mean saying sorry for the mishap, we are making this our priority since it was our fault to fix this issue asap. but that is not what they did and to just yell at me and treat me this way, I definitely WOULD NOT recommend them. The staff there doesn't seem to have a clue of what they are doing. Such a shame...they were ONCE a great place to do business with BUT NOT ANYMORE. Just beware.
