I had ordered a couple of Armitron watches online, and they were too big. So, I began the ardous process of finding someone to take the links out.... All of the jewelers in St. George charge $10-15 per watch, but when I called Morgan Jewelers, Carter told me that they are happy to do it free of charge! I thought it was too good to be true. Last evening I went to the Red Cliffs Mall, walked into Morgan Jewelers, and was warmly greeted by Eric. He promptly fixed both watches right in front of me while being conversational and funny. He and Carter bantered back and forth, and they also offered me a water - warm, cold, or ice cold? I couldn't believe how nice everyone was, especially for a free service! We will definitely return for any of our future purchashes. I only wish more stores were service-minded like Morgan's! Thanks to everyone there for the great experience!! read more

Hi, I came into this location looking for a ring, my fiancé said for me to pick one out, it was supposed to be a special moment for me. The employees aka the manager never helped me. I sat there looking for myself. I asked for help and opinions and he told me my finger was too big. I am absolutely disgusted in this place and Kay jewelers across the hall helped me but Morgan jewelers. I would never go back again so disrespectful and I'm disgusted, that all I have to say. The staff here are top notch. In reviewing the sole negative review on Yelp for Morgan Jewelers, I call BS. If you cannot do the job yourself, you are paying to have someone more qualified than you do it for you. Employees do not show up in the store to volunteer, they are paid to provide the customer sales and service. If you would have rather buy a new bracelet than pay what it costs to have someone do the repairs, I am sure they would be happy to sell you a new one. I do not expect my auto mechanic to work on my truck for $20 an hour; I do not understand why anyone would expect to pay minimum wage to have their jewelry repaired. I will definitely return to Morgan Jewelers the next time I am shopping for jewelry. read more

Went here back in April 2015 because we saw all the amazing reviews about this place. I am now dumbfounded as to the reason for any good remarks. As I said, back in April we took my wife's Coach watch in to be repaired. Understandably, they needed to send it off to a third party. No biggie, that was the same we heard from another jeweler. This process of shipping, repair, and return was supposed to take 30 days which would have put us at May 15th. A few minutes ago (July 2nd) we got the watch back without any repairs done on it. No apology, not even an acknowledgement that it had taken way too long. Of course, this is after weekly phone calls about its location and status. You suck, Morgan's. read more

I had to cut my wedding ring off my finger when it swelled really bad. I took the mangled ring to Morgan jewelers and they were very nice and easy to work with. They actually quoted me over $200 since it was platinum (I also needed it resized) & told me they would get back to me by Tuesday. They ended up getting back to me on Monday with a lower estimate which was amazing. They got my ring back within a couple days and it looked beautiful. You could never tell it was cut. Their jeweler is offsite so it does take a few days but well worth it. They are very professional and friendly and I would definitely go back again. After reading my negative review, I was contacted by the owner. He apologized for inaccurately breaking down the price of my bracelet repair. He originally told me the clasp was $80 - a ridiculous price for a sterling silver lobster clasp - and said the clasp was the most expensive part of the bracelet. When he called me, he then said that the clasp was only $20 (still more than twice the price available on Amazon for a bigger one) and that there were four welds -- the clasp and the two charms, which is why the price was so high. Welding is supposedly $32 for each - which doesn't add up either, even with the slight discount he said I received ($6.00). I appreciate the phone call (he said he had been contacted by headquarters). However, I still do not feel that the price was reasonable for the repairs that were done. My total repair bill (for the bracelet and the watch band reduction) should have been closer to about half what I was charged. Replacing a clasp on a bracelet is a pretty standard repair and shouldn't have cost four times more than I could buy a new bracelet for. The jeweler also worked on shortening a watch band. The band fell apart the first time I wore it (and it, too, was a ridiculous price for a simple job). read more

I had a diamond come loose and they replaced it no problem, they resized it when it was a teeny bit too big, and their lifetime warranty is awesome too.
