I reached out to pinnacle Peak to express my thoughts on a auto insurance policy that only increased in the four years when it should have decreased with no claims or tickets not to mention on time payments and years of loyalty. I received a response back from a broker there named Mike to call the insurer and if need be cancel my policy with them directly. I did just that and now pay half of what I did through this unprofessional insurance broker! I would not recommend getting any kind of coverage through them. When I had not heard anything from my independent insurance agent, I decided to search for another. As I read the reviews for Jimmy Kreisman and his group, I knew I had found the right place. The reviews were extremely positive, and I mean REALLY positive. I phoned earlier this month in the afternoon. I received a phone call from Jimmy in about 20-30 minutes. We talked a little about my situation, and he was ready to refer me to someone else since he was ready to go on a trip and had work stacked up before he left and for after his return. However, after speaking to me for a bit, he said that he could work me in and gave me specific dates of when I could expect him to work on my proposals. Based on his previews reviews, I knew that I could trust what he said. He got information from me in that initial long phone conversation and communicated with me over the next several days. As promised, he contacted me when he said he would to finish work on my proposals. He was direct about my situation, which I appreciated. I also appreciated him giving me his perspective of the current state of the insurance industry and what he expects in the future. He sent me a proposal which was much better than I expected, and after some discussion, we tweaked not only my auto insurance to best fit my needs but also renters insurance, which I am now also changing. I am a retired higher education professional who busted his butt every day for the students I assisted. I always look for and appreciate professionals and workers who do the same. Jimmy certainly fit this bill. He is polite, honest, and certainly an expert in his field. After feeling wonky, not knowing how my insurance situation would turn out, I am confident that I am working with someone who is one of the best in his field and is certainly looking out for my best interests. When I bought my recent home Garzella Group (Miles) personally handled BOTH my home and auto and talked over every detail so I KNEW what I was paying for and what I needed. My house closing had no glitches or problems and I did it from another state! They have access to companies that the average consumer does not. I simply call them when I have any issues or questions and no longer spend hours on hold trying to deal with an insurance issue or problem! They do it all including business insurance and coverage for rental properties. They have licenses in Most states so give them a call and if you are not satisfied they will fix it. If your premium goes up call them and they will work something out for you and your budget! They are absolutely professional!
