I was a USAA member before I switched to State Farm and it took me a month to get an appointment when they were my insurance. Mickey helped me file a claim and get new glass the very next day. whenever I have any questions, Mickey responds quickly and gives me the full picture of my options without any bias. When I switched from USAA, not only were my premiums lower, but Mickey advised me how I could bundle renters insurance to save even more money... I always thought USAA was the cheapest, but now that Mickey is my agent, not only am I saving money, but I have better coverage than what I had with the ol' eagle.
