Anchor has been spamming my phone illegally in violation of the federal Do Not Call Act for a…read morecouple of years now. At least five calls per day, each identifying themselves as Anchor and alternating between "my loan application" that I never asked for or consented to, or claiming that they can "help me with my tax issues" which I have none. Every single day, which has added up to thousands of calls. The only positive is with all the breeches that scam companies like Anchor use to get their victims, I've locked my credit. Otherwise they'd be calling me about the loans they already took out in my name. I have never contacted these scammers, they are an identity theft scam company and frauds. Pressing 2 or whatever it is to tell them to take me off the list does nothing. The only positive reviews here are bots. The fact that they closed their other Yelp presence to try and step away from the numerous poor reviews is telling. All companies that call unsolicited are scams. As they've admitted to identity theft in their voice mail by stating that they have loan paperwork with my name on it, I will be filing with the SEC as well as the FCC for the do not call violations.

UPDATE 7/30/12: THIS MATTER WAS NOT RESOLVED, My conclusion was that Nilu was not happy to cross-qualify us for the listing agent since she knew that she would not obtain the business from a qualified BOA buyer. So she did everything to delay this approval since her site was broken she wanted my wife and I to drive to her location over an hour away after a week and a half of trying to get her to accept our information over PDF files. Well I'm happy to report that we ended up buying the property with an all cash offer 15K below what we had originally had offered. This chick screwed the listing agent and the seller. She did this only to look after her own interest and not the interest of those who are referring business her way.
