Horrible experience with trying to refinance through them. Had the same rate quoted from multiple companies, and decided to lock in with Amerifund, but they failed to respond to multiple correspondences, gave us some bad advice which delayed the whole process, and never informed us that we had a time window before the locked in rate expired. I'm certain that if I had gone with one of the other companies that quoted us the same rate, that we would have secured the refinance, because this was a perfect storm of bad service. read more
