What couldn't improve. The employees are deceptively helpful until you hang up. My account was taken over completely by an authorized retailer who left a trail and gave me a fake number to call after he took my phone and switched SIM cards and unlocked my account temporarily. I was the only person on the account and I was not able to access my settings because I was not the primary account holder. I have demanded that they set it straight several times to no avail. Now I have to take them to Arbitration because they think I should have to pay them for his account. On top of this, they never honored the original contract for a payoff to my former provider and I have given them the receipt three times. Dishonest, lazy and unconscionable service. So NO I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PROVIDER! read more

Excellent customer service...Fallon was working the store by herself and was taking care of multiple customers when I walked in to upgrade my home internet. She greeted me right away although working with someone else. She was fast, thorough and able to multitask with all the customers at the same time. Very disappointed. They promote pay off your old phone but they don't want to pay for after you switch. The store did not explain how difficult was to get the old phone paid off. Plus you only have 30 days to submit the old bill. The problem is these companies push to go paperless then they want paper copies of bills. They won't accept a copy off your phone. Don't switch it is not worth it. T-mobile sucks. read more

Avoid this location at all costs. Understand that upgrading to a new IPhone does take time & patience. The rep that assisted me was so distracted- couldn't focus on just helping me. Had to answer the phone, greet folks, stop helping me midway & help someone else. Not only did he add extraneous phone lines that were not required- but said my phone had no trade in value, which was not true. I ended up not getting the latest IPhone due to his error & couldn't deal or say trust these folks to even set up my new phone. Left the store in complete frustration! Took my iPhone to a Corporate store that assisted me. They too were just as confused with the debacle regarding phone lines, could barely read the chicken scratch from the rep!! What a mess!! I tried the Internet free trial & the service was great for 2 days then it just stopped. I cancelled before the trial was up, returned their equipment, got a confirmation of cancel. I received numerous bills & they charged late fees. I had to take legal action to get everything reversed. read more

Yay our iPhone 7's came!!! We ordered them while visiting in the Bay Area. They came all the way to Redding with T-Mobile cards in them. I called the Anderson Ca store. Explained I set up account on vacation I was switching to T-Mobile and trading in old phones. They were awesome on the phone. James and Brian were so helpful in store. I had already been to the Redding branch about 6 months ago. This location has a much better feel and service. I was all set up and instructed. Plus got a new glass screen protector they put on for us. All three phones are working beautifully. Plus all our numbers from AT&T are transferred. I'm soooo happy and the new iPhone 7 is awesome. read more

After a hard time with T-Mobile in general, phone purchases at Walmart, Best Buy and other locations, I left T- Mobile. It was a shame that i couldn't find a good carrier like T-Mobile with great prices however there was no one else. I spent 21 hours on the phone with places like Consumer Cellular and At&t and Verizon but T-Mobile "seemed" like the best deal still. I decided to visit T-Mobile at their store in Anderson and what a difference talking to knowledgeable people makes! Connor helped me out, taught me the plans and got me going on exactly what I needed. The rest of the staff worked to help me replace the phone once I dropped and broke it even without the warrentee! There isn't enough room to describe every detail, but just a visit for yourself will speak volumes even if you don't buy anything. read more

I give them two stars not because of customer service because they're always polite at the store the reason I give them two stars it's because they don't tell you all the little side tricks to the paper they want you to sign so that by the time your phone messes up and it seems like all the phones out of this store messed up in the first 3 months when you calls they want you to pay $20 to fix a phone you're still paying for or they tell you you can upgrade by paying off the phone you currently owe on it buying a more expensive one! It's bullshit and when you called T-Mobile customer service all you get is the run-around a bunch of happy here drink the Kool-Aid people that don't give you the tech support you neat and personally I think that since the very extremely rich billionaire (not Donald Trump).. has bought MetroPCS and Sprint y'all remember Sprint the one that T-Mobile said was crappy and now they own it plus they own most of TracFone and that is a non-american Mexican national billionaire that owns all that and you wonder why your service is crappy if you don't live in this country why do you care if the service is good I would not recommend T-Mobile to my worst enemy and personally I think that the phones that the freeloading don't want a job hippies get for free from the state of California probably have better service read more

This is the worst cell phone company I have been with for over 20 years. We switched over because the rates sounded good,but don't be fooled. We got there,and listened to the sales rep,and we went with the Samsung J7.I was told I could upgrade with no problem later if I didn't like it. Withing 6 months it factory reset it's self,erasing all my business contacts that I had saved for over 10 yrs, voice mails,texts, pictures, etc. I immediately go to the branch I got it from,to only find out the rep never set up my back,even though I spend 4 hours transferring everything from my iphone. I only recieve and apology from the manager,and suggesting I contact support on my phone because he was limited,and could do nothing. I contact support,they could do nothing. I wasn't even offered a discount on my monthly statements,nothing. Just"sorry". I get another phone,same one,since the upgrade was false, I wold have to pay a lot,to only end up with more problems with this phone. I am very unhappy with this company. read more
