Emails get returned quickly; all of the guys are ready to help take care of whatever you need. They were very easy to work with before the wedding and genuinely excited to work on my wedding (my mother worked with them through most of this time and LOVED all of them). I had some very specific things that I wanted and there was no hesitation to work it out as well. They were so excited to try some of their new equipment (which included a camera that attached to the front of our limo that took video as it made it's way up to our mansion reception venue). During the wedding/reception I barely even remember seeing them. They're very non-invasive but get AMAZING footage! The only time I remember seeing them after the ceremony was during photos between the ceremony and reception. They were quite active during this time and took footage while we were taking pictures and also jumped in and did some of their own shots which are really neat additions to the video. My husband and my favorite part of the video is a section they did at the end where everybody is dancing. They took one song and took clips from the dancing that lined up PERFECTLY. The editing is outstanding. Overall the project took a while to perfect, but it was WELL worth the wait. The dvds themselves have a photo of your choosing and the case is a beautiful wrap around photo of your choosing. A huge thank you to this company from me and my entire family!

They worked with our budget, got us a great package, and kept in touch through out the whole engagement. They did an amazing job on our engagement pictures and even drove an hour away to shoot at the location of our choosing. I knew I wouldn't have to worry about the big day at all, I just let them do their thing knowing everything would turn out beautifully! They always use 2 photographers to get several perspectives and they are a great team! We had Bryce and Mac for our engagement and then Bryce and Zach for the wedding (7/14/12). All three guys were friendly and fun and got along with everyone. They were there early to set up and stayed late to get every last shot. Really can't say enough good things about them. We'll be using them for all our future family photography needs for sure!

Courtney and I had a consultation a week prior to the shoot, and it was then she calmed my fears about being next-to-nude in front of the camera and helped me decide on my outfits without breaking the bank. (Turns out I had a lot in my closet already!) Courtney's home studio is the perfect set up for a boudoir shoot, I felt very comfortable. It had only been a year since the birth of our first child - and I had fluctuated greatly in my weight but now that I have the photos back, I see now what my husband sees when he looks at me. What pushed me to write this review is based on how Chris managed his interaction with the headshot photo shoot. The lack of integrity in how he manages his business left me feeling super jaded and defeated after our session. It's important that other clients/customers are aware of his practices prior to trying out a shoot with Chris. What really got me is when he refused to redo them or offer a refund for the shots. You will think that if a client/customer hates their headshot that much, you will naturally want to work with them, give that the images/portraits/photos are a reflection of your work!! He didn't use a reflector and wasn't willing to work with me on the angles to make the pictures look professional. From the beginning, I was super specific about what I was looking for. I needed professional headshots for my webpage, hired Chris to do them, he sent the pictures back within an hour, and I was really disappointed in the images. My whole team agreed that the portrait headshots turned out terrible. The only pro: He's communicative, and responds right away. I will give him that. After completing a photo shoot, I had to repeatedly reach out just to receive what was promised.--no deadlines were met, and communication was almost nonexistent. Even after finally getting some of the photos, I'm still waiting, two weeks later, for any updates on the second set. Every time I've reached out, it's been one excuse after another--family emergencies, life issues, etc. I understand life happens, but the lack of professionalism and respect for my time is unacceptable.
