I was able to secure a reservation with the owner Mike , I just had to email him a picture of the tattoo design and put down a $40 deposit . The tattoo parlor was clean and cozy , and once I met Mike , I was put immediately at ease . He was great to work with , and knowing this was my first tattoo , he was nice enough to distract me with some conversation and throughly explained the after care procedures. I am very pleased with the results , as was my friend ! I may even get another one in a few years , and I would have them do it again! When I went to meet him at his shop at the agreed date and time he isn't there and one of his employees tells me he had a family emergency. Okay, I understand. I grab his number and start arranging for another date to meet up for my consultation. He stops talking. Radio silence. No explanation. I assume he's busy, so I let it go and try again a few weeks later. I do this twice. Nothing. Chris is entirely unreliable and unprofessional and I do not recommend doing business with him. There are several tattoo shops much more worthy of your time and money who are willing to put in the time and effort to earn your business, especially in Buffalo. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.

Extremely talented but not an arrogant jerk. Listens to you as the client and gives his professional opinion on how to make your ideas really stand out while still staying true to your want. I wanted a Demon Hunter (metal band) logo with a sword through the skull and a Scripture verse. He drew it up and explained how to best incorporate everything. After settling into a comfortable lounge chair (I had the option to sit up, lay down or lounge), it was on to getting a work of art that I've been wanting for a long time. Between the music playing, the conversation and actually feeling relaxed, it was the best tattoo experience. Look no further than Manny of Grit and Stone for the tattoo of your dreams. I had a tattoo revision from Tom and he took my terrible tattoo and turned it into a beautiful masterpiece that I am very proud to show off. I was so thrilled that i had him fit me in for another one. He did the tattoo a few weeks later and it was a memorial tattoo for my brother that passed years ago. It is beautiful and I thank him for his patience, light hand, detailed work and great conversation. My husband is going there in October and I will be back again for sure!

Of course the only appointment the drs office had was during my brow appointment. I had been waiting for years to have the time and money to get this service. I reached out to the business owner to explain my son was sick and the only drs appointment was during my brow service. I explained I don't have help to watch him. She said sorry he is sick but you will have to pay the 100.00 deposit AGAIN to reschedule. That is 200.00 she is asking for just to BOOK the appointment! I kindly asked if I provided her the drs office receipt with date and timestamps, if she would be willing to make an exception. She screenshot me her cancellation policy...i said kindly again, I understand the cancellation policy but if a new client, was recommended to her by existing clients, offers to provide proof of the legitimate claim her son is sick surely an exception could be made? She said sorry maam, which I also get what she was saying there-not lost on me, if you want to switch your appointment you have to pay another 100.00 deposit! This is highway robbery and I consider this situation not only the wrong thing to do, but also a bad business choice on her part. This blatant cash grab by her is not something a kind person would do who is trying to build a business. I left a poor but respectable review such as this on her facebook page and of course she blocked me and I am sure took it down. Either way this woman is out for money and doesn't care about her clients at ALL. Sad world we live in. Meanwhile I nurse my sick boy on the couch and she grabs others cash.
