He greeted us at the door at the appointed time. Manny was very thorough, very understanding of her situation, and was always a gentleman. I could tell he was genuinely concerned because he asked a lot of questions. At the end of the day, we wound up having to keep her existing insurance. Although Manny didn't earn a commission this day, he definitely earned my respect. He was very kind, and very generous with his time while we were there. Though it was later, Codie still picked up and agreed to meet with me that same day. Thank you, Codie She explained to me how her main office had been in a car accident, literally a car drove into the building, and she needed to temporarily relocate. Though this was not good news, her new temporary location was even more convenient for me. She informed me of the items that would be helpful to have. So I gathered them, and met her there. She was there exactly when she said she would be. I really liked that. I got a sense of a very genuine person. She also brought a little humor, which made me feel more at ease. This was my first year doing business taxes, so I abit tense. She also taught me a few things, regarding deductions. She asked me general questions regarding various income. This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had dealing with any company, period. Instead of providing all cancellation requirements upfront, this company continues engaging in an endless back-and-forth process while continuing to bill the customer. Every time something is submitted, another requirement suddenly appears. It feels intentionally designed to delay cancellation rather than assist the customer. This is terrible business practice and an extremely frustrating experience. Future customers should be aware of what they may be dealing with before signing up.
