Had Sihle for two years as my insurance broker. This company cannot seem to retain employees as I had four different people handling my policy in the two years with them. When I had a claim I was told to call the insurance carrier directly. When the claim was denied the insurance company wanted information or was going to be canceled. The broker didn't inquire why or even advocate in any way shape or form for me. This company simply gets paid to push paper and be a middle man. I removed my policy from them and signed up with a new broker who intervened on my behalf and straightened out the mess with the insurance carrier like Sihle should have done. I would not recommend Sihle as an insurance broker. My advice is to find a reputable insurance broker that cares about their clients which Sihle is not. read more

I can't say enough positive things about my experience! We were very displeased with another company that spent weeks delaying our close on our house. I emailed Traci Sihle at the crack of dawn, past the 11th hour and she directed me to their hotline. I dealt with Jessica and she had everything completed, delivered to our mortgage and signed within 2 hours. She was efficient, kind, and on top of it! Had some questions on my existing HO policy. Getting this far was not very good but they are who I have. I was told I had a rep assigned to me. The person first didn't return a call until chastised and now is only exchanging emails sporadically. They gave me quotes for other alternatives but each quote included different things (missing some/including others) and none of them matched what I already have ie. no pet coverage, no gated discount, no alarm discount, and totally different coverages and amounts. I ended up having to do a spreadsheet just to compare. When I noticed missing coverages (ie the pet coverage) I was emailed "oh I didn't see you had a pet"....so why is it included in my current policy??? Clown show. I am petrified if I had a loss and needed them to help. Bye. read more

I just tried getting a quote from Sihle Insurance. After complaining that it took more than 30 hours for them to look at my request, woke master Jonathan Feliciano stated that he was no longer interested in my business. Will never contact for another quote. read more

This group is very incompetent. They are not at all knowledgeable about the inner workings of the insurance companies that they represent. I would not hire them if looking for group insurance. When trying to resolve a situation, not only were they unsuccessful, but they were also very condescending and insensitive to our situation. They moved forward on a decision that they didn't know how to handle resulting in an employee being without coverage and spending their own money for medical bills while being promised that they would be covered. I am very disappointed with this firm and hope they perform additional trainings before advising others in the future. read more

I had a water leak on the second floor of my house. Called to file the claim on Wednesday am, received a call from the adjuster later that day to schedule an appointment. He came the following day at 5pm, took pictures, tested the walls, floors, ect... By 5:30pm he was all done and paid me right then and there. The company had great customer service! Would highly recommend them. They made things so easy for me, during a stressful time. Derek, the adjuster, was great and able to answer all of my questions. Debra Lavoie was great as well, answered all of my questions, very friendly and emailed me my insurance policy promptly! There are multiple insurance agencies that have far better in customer service and customer relations - not to mention far better rates. The agent I had the displeasure of working with through the cancellation of my policy was less than helpful - particularly when after cancelling my policy the insurance carrier Sihle writes for billed me for policy renewal. Run, don't walk away from this agency. You can find better - I know I did! read more

Terrible service. The agent gave me a homeowner's insurance quote that included water damage coverage but the actual policy excluded it. He did not reply to emails or phone calls. I found another insurer and cancelled my policy with Sihl. read more

Sihle Insurance is by far the most proficient company out there when it comes to Homeowners' and Condo Associations. They also excel when it comes to Homeowners Insurance. Their Staff (especially Lou Biron) provide a service that is "Second to None" and you can always rely on their responsiveness when in need. The technical expertise and professionalism displayed by this firm are so awesome; others can only hope to emulate. Very unprofessional and incompetent employees .. Seems they are just interested in signing up new policies... Any issues after that they don't want to hear from you... Don't return phone calls, .. .When I asked to speak to boss..I was transferred to a gentleman who addressed himself only as Kevin...He told me he was in charge but would have to call me back.... 2 weeks later and numerous calls no call back.....seems no one found the time to call me back... Being a customer for over 20 years, Sihle Insurance seems like they could care less about their customer. It's like pulling teeth to have the agent call back when there are insurance issues that need to be taken care of promptly. You would think getting a commission for what they sell would motivate them, but it doesn't. Guess it's time to look for a new agent. read more
