I also really liked that I could schedule online on Jon's website to make it easier to align my schedule with his availability on my own time. In short, excellent customer service up front and through the whole process start to finish. He might not be the cheapest, and definitely not the most expensive, but it is reasonable and he provides fixed-pricing which he sticks to as long as scope doesn't change. He also pulls all necessary permits and has passed all inspections with flying colors. Jon has now completed two projects for us. About 6 months ago, he installed new bathroom fans in 4 bathrooms and he recently installed an Electric Vehicle charger in our garage (along with a 60 AMP breaker to support it). I received a word-of-mouth recommendation from my neighbors who had Jon perform a much larger project which included significant re-wiring of their entire house, as well as a new breaker panel among other items. Another neighbor had Jon install a bathroom fan as well as some other work. They could not say enough good things about him and they were 100% right. I have nothing but praise for his work quality. I am one of those customers that likes to do a lot of research up front before I buy items for my house. Jon was patient during my bathroom fan researching as well as my EV charger purchasing and provided me his input as-needed. He let me buy my own fans and charger to ensure I got the items that I wanted. Along with all the excellent electrical work that he performed, he also makes sure to check in with the homeowners if there are unexpected decisions that need to be made during his process and he does not push "the expensive option". There were some moments where he had to cut into drywall and he warned me up front that he does not fix drywall (no electrician does). A big bonus goes to his patience, not just with homeowners, but with my kids too. One of my kiddos had a ton of questions and Jon took the time to talk to him and explain how everything worked and some of the fundamentals of electricity (and safety around electricity). He even waited until I made a cup of coffee before he started ! Bless his heart. Mike was very courteous, professional, He truly knows what he's doing. He had found two breakers in our breaker box in the home that had at one point sparked and caused heat damage to the inside of our breaker box. He replaced those two large breakers, then he also made sure every fire alarm in the house was replaced with a new 10-year battery alarm!! I don't like headaches and that saved me a big five of them!! lol I thought the company has got a great technician with this guy. Then I found out he was the owner! Most owners of companies don't act like they are service technicians! I had no idea and was very impressed with the way he conducted himself, and in doing his business. Not a positive experience, we dropped off a tractor there to have the belt replaced. They charge…read more$100 fee to look at it, which nowadays is normal. But then they came back with a price of 550 because they said that they also replaced the pulley and we just found out there's nothing wrong with them. They also claim to be fast, but it took over a week to get them to look at it. Finally, the woman at the counter was nice. However, her husband was extremely rude. I think it's because we didn't go with them to do the work. Maybe he was having a bad day, but I would never choose to do business with someone who is that negative to customers. This is coming from someone who did 25 years customer service in retail.

When I got it back the choke was not functioning and the blower had to go back to have that fixed then in 01/25 starting problems again. They told me the first time it was in that some teeth were missing on the flywheel and never attempted to fix that. The spark plug was never changed at the time of the tune-up. They are terrible and do not bring your snoblower to them, they will over charge you and when you another issue they would not call me back. If you want good dependable service go to Tafts in Holyoke they are established and they do excellent repairs and done right the first time.​
