He even waited until I made a cup of coffee before he started ! Bless his heart. Mike was very courteous, professional, He truly knows what he's doing. He had found two breakers in our breaker box in the home that had at one point sparked and caused heat damage to the inside of our breaker box. He replaced those two large breakers, then he also made sure every fire alarm in the house was replaced with a new 10-year battery alarm!! I don't like headaches and that saved me a big five of them!! lol I thought the company has got a great technician with this guy. Then I found out he was the owner! Most owners of companies don't act like they are service technicians! I had no idea and was very impressed with the way he conducted himself, and in doing his business. SOS Electric came out to the house and gave a free estimate. Several breakers needed replacement and SOS recommended installing a hole house surge protector. They gave a very reasonable estimate that I accepted. They came out a couple days later to do the repair. Mike was on time, baked on arrival and was very courteous. All repairs were completed in a timely manner. I highly recommend SOS Electric. I also appreciate how easy it was to use Yelp to find a contractor.

One of the legs was not working. With more questions, he came to think it could be from the meter or electric pole. I contacted Eversource, they came out and confirmed one of the legs was dead and the other under-powered. New wires to the house were installed the same day by Eversource. This was Easter weekend, and largely because of Mike's generous sharing of his time and expertise we were able to get power back the same day! He will definitely be our electrician, when the need arises.
