She loved the staff there and considered many of them to be friends. They showed kindness and patience with her. Her food looked appetizing when it arrived and she never lost weight. The building is old and crowded; the rooms are very small and storage is an issue. This is true of many older facilities. Sadly that contributes to the perception, regardless of the level of care.

The staff are truly exceptional and clearly dedicated to their jobs. Keith in the kitchen has been incredibly helpful and kind every time our family visits, and Reniesha along with many others consistently go above and beyond. The family involvement has made all the difference -- his daughters (my mom and aunt) and one son (my uncle) and I, who live nearby visit at least every other day, and the staff have always been welcoming and supportive of that. The rooms are a perfect size, comfortable and well-maintained. The meals are very well prepared, and I especially appreciate that the daily menu is posted in large print on a chalkboard in the dining room before each meal so residents know exactly what to expect. Even when the team is stretched thin, they remain patient, accommodating, and professional. They offer plenty of interactive activities to keep residents engaged, and the weekly church service is a wonderful touch. We still highly recommend Willow Springs Assisted Living to anyone looking for a caring, high-quality facility for their loved one. It's been a blessing for our family.

He treated me like a regular patient, not "just an immigrant going through paperwork." He genuinely cared about my well‑being and even took time to give me thoughtful advice about some health conditions I have. That meant a lot to me. 3. The immigration team is absolutely amazing. Morgan scheduled my appointment over the phone and was so nice and patient -- she made me feel much better about what can be a very intimidating process. Amber is such a wonderful woman. She turned what could have been a boring and stressful immigration medical procedure into a great experience. On the day of my exam, I actually made two mistakes on my paperwork (completely my fault -- I misspelled my name first, then added an extra number to my passport number ). I can laugh about it now, but at the time I was overwhelmed with work, life, and immigration stress. Amber and another newer team member helped me redo my paperwork twice without any frustration, only kindness and support. They truly saved my day and made everything so pleasant. My USCIS application has now been submitted for about a month, and I'm very grateful I chose this office. My favorite is Dr. Dean - he is super experienced, really listens, and doesn't quit until you're 100% aligned and back in motion. Such a high quality adjustment. For context, I've been going to chiropractors for over 25 years of my life, so I'm kind of picky haha. No matter what, I love that the Joint offers quality chiropractic care when you need it. One nurse told me after waiting an hour and a half for surgery that the laser machine was broken and they had to fix it. This made me so nervous. I was going in for cataract surgery. That same nurse yelled out my name and added 'Come on down!' Very loudly as if she was on a game show. Very unprofessional. My second surgery the anesthesiologist was not at my surgery, but gave the job to a young nurse. The first cut hurt and I said "ow" and she said she'd give me more medicine. I should've never remembered anything from the surgery room. I asked my doctor about it and I said where was the anesthesiologist? He said he was in the building. Not good enough. My medical driver said they were so rude to her she will never drive another patient there again. This tells you everything you need to know to not use this facility.
