I am compelled to write a review because of the quality of the storage unit, the helpful staff, and the overall experience. Price was right, they use regular locks (not those weird locks that seem to be unique to each company and require purchase). Overall I felt my possessions were safe and I was treated fairly and with respect.

Everyone I have spoken to at Extra Space has been helpful and patient. Our family had to sell their home and move in with us. Not only did a lot of their stuff went into storage (almost a whole house), we had to play musical furniture with some of our stuff. So last minute we had to rent another unit and they were so helpful! They had everything set up for us to put in a storage unit as we brought some furniture back for storage. I have been with them over a year now and have seen this place transform from a not so good place to one I can say is running professionally and smooth. As much I can say about them, I also know they would help anyone just as much as they helped me. I would tell anyone they could not find better promotions or better prices to take advantage of, and they clearly have the highest level of communication in the industry. They have rules that everybody has to abide by but they do not take situations only to intimidate and control their customers. It is my opinion after everything I've been thru and everything I've put them thru, they care just as much for all their customers. I don't recommend this storage to anyone if you going to or have things there grab your things and…read morego somewhere else. I had a storage unit for almost a year I began paying $189.00 dollars and they went up to $208.00. I always paid on time. So I live about 2 hours away from the unit so I had not past by for about 3 months. My husband went by to pick up some of his tools. When he open the unit all of his tools were stolen. Over $10,000 of tools stolen welders,lasers etc. When I told the lady in the front desk all she did was take two pictures from the outside of the unit.she would not let the officer look at the videos because apparently it was a policy from the storage. Then she said that there's nothing she can do because there was no proof. She sent the two pictures to the insurance and told them there was no proof of entry so I didn't get anything from the insurance but my things stollen. I really hope no body else has to go trough this so please don't trust this place with your things. I THINK IF SHE DIDN'T WANT TO SHOW THE VIDEO IS BECAUSE SHE MAY HAVE SOMETHING TO DO WITH IT!
