Rude and unprofessional and unhelpful mechanic. I ended up having yo walk home (1.7 miles each way) to get my battery pack jumper. They also took the time to explain things for a second time after having just spoken with my husband earlier on the phone. They made time to fix a minor problem, the air conditioning. On the way out we talked to two of the mechanics, wishing us a Happy Thanksgiving, and learned they also checked all of the cars fluids and made sure they were taken care of. I could tell we weren't the only happy customers because there were gifts on the counter from other happy patrons. I can't recommend them enough.

The next morning, I woke up to find my car leaking oil, which was never an issue before. I brought the car back to them and explained everything, but after nearly two full days with no communication, I had to call myself. They told me they'd have an update in 20 minutes and that it would be ready by then. Instead, I received an estimate for over $1,000 worth of repairs. Keep in mind, I explained the oil wasn't leaking before the service, but they just kept insisting it was a "broken cover." They didn't even seem to consider that their oil change might have caused the problem. What's worse is they weren't even willing to take responsibility for any of it, only agreeing to cover a small part of the repairs--yet that still wouldn't fully resolve the leak. This place used to be amazing; I've recommended them to so many people because of their great customer service and unbeatable prices. But after this, I'll never be coming back, and I certainly won't be recommending them anymore.
