This place ROCKS, I mean this PLACE IS ROCKING! They have a crew of 16 guys, running 2 shifts 24 hours a day WHAT!?! 24 Hours A Day! 6 Days a Week. They got all the dog hair out of the carpet. Daughter got the car as a hand me down from her Grandmother. Our daughter said it smells like old lady and wet dog. I agree it was kind of nastanky! Not anymore! The C300 looks pretty dern good now that it's hairless. I tried myself to do it, but a shaggy King Charles Cavalier shedding everywhere was tough. Glad I was referred to here from my friends. TERRIBLE WORK! They lied when they said "meticulous" and "professional" ! My sister dropped off our blue Chevy Malibu 2 days ago for these ppl to DETAIL THE CAR, they asked us to keep it for another day...only to hand the car back to us with dust on the dash board and console still, clear dirt and stains still visible and we can tell they didnt vacuum or even wet the carpet since there were still dry dirty stains on our seats and foot wells! Asked to keep it for 2 days just to give it back to us looking the exact same as it was! My sister paid over $200 for them to DETAIL the car, not just vacuum it, not just spot clean it! It's almost like they just sprayed febreeze in the car and called it a day! DO NOT BRING UR CAR HERE! Asked us to bring it back and they'll redo it for free....why would i do that? We paid y'all over $200 dollars for nothing already , I would hate to see what yall do for free ! If i could leave a 0 stars I would. I like to be clean. I'm a toothbrush in the crevices, everything uniform, q-tip to the window seal kind of girl. I am also a busy, full time working mom of 4, wife to a "eh, why does it matter" husband and a big, fat, hairy yellow lab who loves water, mud and chasing small furry things. We spend a lot of time in our van. We do allow the kids to eat in it and the dog, she thinks she's human too. I've had my vehicles detailed a few times- I usually do it myself but it can take me 4 hours and it's still not up to my satisfaction. I'm never really happy paying someone else to do a job I think I can do better. BUT LET ME TELL YOU. These guys, expensive maybe- HOLY COW! I don't think the van was this clean when we drove it off the lot. Every nook and cranny. It was bad. They did everything I would have wanted plus some. worth the money. This place is amazing!We inherited a car fom a friend and I was so dirty and it smelled so bad that I can barely drove it to the shop to get it cleaned.The owner smoked in it for years. We took it to this place and the next day we pick up the vehicle and I could not recognize it.The car felt like brand new inside and not even a dent of the smoke smell. I thought it was going to be great for the price. But when I got my car back the floor mats weren't even in my car, they only forgot but that wasn't the big problem. It's been a week now and all the water marks are showing up and dirt where the mirrors and light switches are. Also maybe there was special instructions for keeping the inside of the car dry? If there was I didn't get them and my car smelled like it was wet for days after... the seats seemed okay and dashboard and doors also. Interaction number one: We turned in my wife's BMW X1 and had to bring it back because they left residue all over the interior and completely failed to wash the wheels. We then had to go back to pick up the the trunk cover they removed and didn't put back. Interaction number two: I turn in my Nissan Titan specifically stating that I needed the bed and cover clean as my car needs to clear the VPC standards in order for us to ship my vehicle and leave Alaska. After the owner said let's go over it together and I use the latex glove I knew I'd need to show him that they again failed to clean the wheels(even the valve stems were caked in dirt). The wheel wells were caked in dirt. The door jams were dirty and riddled with pollen amongst other things I didn't get a chance to point out due to the hostile staff. The OWNER then proceeded to tell me that I was "fuc**ng ridiculous" multiple times. He also explained that they didn't even bother with the bed of the truck. Then from across the street, the owners wife begins screaming "its cotton and it's not our fault". I proceeded across the street to show her the massive amount of dirt caked on the glove was not cotton. The situation escalated to the point that another employ was screaming "fu*k you" repeatedly, to which I couldn't help but reply back. The owner continued to sit back and allow the situation to escalate into what was seconds away from becoming a physical altercation. I was then forced to pay and told to leave the property though the truck was done horribly. I have plenty of pictures of what kind of work, or complete lack thereof, they did and audio recording of the altercation if you want to see how you get treated when you pay hundreds of dollars for pretty much nothing and point it out. Please DM me on Facebook if you want the recording and pictures before wasting your money and getting treated like garbage from an OWNER who can't control his wife, employees, or himself towards customers. Audio starts the first of multiple times the owner told me I was "fuc**ng ridiculous", picks up the screaming wife from across the road, and even picks up the final farewell where they tell me they hope I do get the fu** out of Alaska. Please do not ask for pictures and the recording unless you plan on using this shop. It's not my intent to publicly embarrass the shop, just to keep people from experiencing the same issues and mistreatment I received. I received a gift card for Christmas, I scheduled the detail a few days before, and it was done yesterday. It was very easy to schedule it online, and easy to drop off, and pick up. When I arrived to pick up my car it was warmed up toasty warm and sparkling clean inside and out. I love it. I highly recommend. I have a bad left shoulder and a bad right wrist so it's hard for me to clean my car myself. I'm very happy with how it all is done. read more

Actual detail work - awesome. Everything else - totally bizarre. I chose this place based on positive reviews online and I will say up front that the actual detailing of the car was fantastic. Everything else though, was totally strange and at times very rude and frustrating. I called and made an appointment about a week out. A day or two later I see someone from this business calling my cell phone. Seems weird but ok, I answer. The first thing I hear is "what do you think you're doing?" I said "excuse me what?" The man on the end of the phone said something like "why are you leaving us bad reviews online?" I explained that I wasn't and he proceeded to ARGUE with me until I explained several times that I hadn't even gone to them yet so how could it be me?! I probably should have canceled the booking right then but don't ask me why I stuck with it. I brought my car in this morning but the guys working there were totally surprised like I didn't have an appointment. Again, weird. But they said they could get me in so ok. Now, I know my car was in rough shape. But that is literally the point of why I was having it detailed. When I came to pick it up this evening the guy checking me out told me repeatedly that my car was "so bad" and "one of the worst we've ever seen" - this is despite the fact that they have a picture on their website of a truck covered all over the entire inside with MOLD - and he made the statement that "you could even have it detailed a second time it was so bad." At that point I (finally) became skeptical like maybe he was trying to up sell me or they did sloppy work. So I went to look at it expecting my car to still look horrible ... And it looked GREAT. It was very clean and every little crack and crevice was totally done. There were some dark spots on the upholstery that he pointed out saying that is what should be detailed all over again but I explained those had been there for years and I wasn't expecting miracles. The whole rest of the car was spotless and I told him I was very happy. His response was literally to say AGAIN how bad of shape my car was in and that it needed more work. Total he said how "bad" my car was over 5 times (I started counting but stopped after 5) At that point I paid and left but I'm left wondering - 1) why harass a customer (or mistaken customer) who left a bad review of your business? If they had a bad experience they deserve to say so. 2) do you somehow think "negging" your customers is a way to sell future details? If the rationale was that trashing the state of my car was going to get me to spend more money on future services I don't even know what to say - that is the absolute best way to guarantee I take my money elsewhere. If that was NOT the rationale then you are just verbally abusing your customers... for what purpose? In the end it totally created a self fulfilling prophecy where now I AM leaving a bad review online. Let's see if I get a phone call... read more

Windows still streaky, missed spots on exterior, took off my seat covers and threw them in the bed of the truck did not put back on, interior was nice, need some better quality control and a little more attention to DETAIL! I booked my appointment online to have a car detail at the JBER location. Once I realized I accidentally made an appointment for the wrong day, I called to ask them to change the date. The guy on the other line told me that it was fine and he would change my appointment to the desired date. Fast forward to the day of my appointment. 1) They don't have a drop box at the JBER location (despite the guy on the phone telling me I was ok to drop off the car outside business hours) and 2) this location doesn't have a phone number to directly call them (I guess they are waiting for the paperwork to go through for base approval). I called them (the main location) to tell them that I left my key at a hidden location since they didn't have a drop box. The guy at the main location told me that he couldn't find my appointment. Needless to say, whoever I spoke to on the phone never change my appointment date. He called me back 1.5 hours later to tell me they would be able to squeeze me in. Great! I drop by around 5:30pm to pick up my car. They never called me to tell me my car was done because they didn't have my contact information... might want to add that as part of the appointment making process. Car detail was done very well from what I can tell, but when I went into my car... my car had been left idling for 30 minutes with the heat blasting. I called the main location to see why that was done. It was done to dry the interior. Leaving my car idling that long not only wastes my gas, but also is damaging to my engine and environment. The 2 guys working there were just sitting around when I walked in, a heater without using my gasoline would have been more beneficial. I told the main location my concerns... he said he'll look into it. I'm not sure if he will. He was very professional on the phone, but there was a lot of communication break down from the get-go. When I dropped off my car at Morris Auto Detail, I left my new shoes in the back of the car. When I returned to pick up my car, my shoes were missing and the manager said one of his employees took them. This is so ridiculous knowing that you can't trust a company to do a simple job. They returned my shoes but they were scuffed up and dirty. The excuse that they had was that they thought the shoes were trash so they kept it! I can't lie, they do a great job with your car but when it comes to integrity, they suck. My vehicle was vomited in, in one area and although I cleaned majority myself the smell lingered and I couldn't get it all, I contacted several OTHER detail shops who quoted me full interior detailing costs even though I needed a small portion completed, Morris's auto detail was one of the only places in Anchorage willing to work with what I needed as well as not charging me an entire leg. I purchased at auction a used shop truck. Really aged, grease and dirt everywhere. Knew it needed an extensive detail. i was thinking a detailer would get the worst and then leave me a lot of work to do. Also the paint job was very faded and had many minor and some major scratches. I was truely shocked at how new the paint job looks and that the majority of the scratches are gone.A complete buff costs extra but ended up such a bargain. And the detail quality is just as amazing. I had given up on the stains on my seats after having a couple details done around town, I had covered them up with seat covers due to the unappealing problem. A friend convinced me to try Morris Auto Detail and now the stains are gone! I could not believe that they were able to work with the difficult upholstery to make it look like new. Now I am able to go without seat covers and I don't have to worry about spilling anything in my car because I know that Morris will be able to get it out.
